That evening, Lory wanted to hunt. She'd planned to make several jumps, at least three, she thought. But since you never knew how it might go, even two would be enough. Anything was fine, and even before she'd found any targets, she'd fully prepared her account: troops, buffs, army size, everything was ready.

So right after dinner, she sat down at the computer and began searching far and wide. She felt lucky that evening, like a sort of feeling. Could it be true? She'd start with all the servers she already knew and then proceed in random order, selecting servers that would only require one scroll. After about 15 minutes of searching, she spotted an unbubble castle in K186.

Just another guy, she thought, but 1.6 billion in power might have some troops. He was in rebel gear and looked like Spears.

So she quickly formed a scout. She had to be quick; that area of King's Landing was very easy to see, and any other hunter could spot him. While training and upgrading, the scout, she checked the server. It wasn't an easy server; the BwF were the home team, and she knew them well. She'd encountered them several times in many events; they were always active and had several very strong players. They wouldn't just stand by and watch, so if there were troops inside and she decided to attack, Lory had to make a maximum of two very quick attacks.

Finally, the scout was ready, and her mission returned an interesting report. Nearly 12 million troops, with many T5s, over 1m T5 spears. But what had most excited her was the wall. Julien was there, along with a disorganized spear formation with not-so-strong commanders and no active synergies. It was a perfect target.

The scout didn't move from his position to avoid too much movement; now all that remained was to find a suitable position for Lory.

Preparation, waiting, and research had already psychologically prepared Lory, but nothing could beat the moment of the hunt. Excitement began to build, and she chose a spot not too far from the objective. A spot that would allow for a quick return, not cost too much in speed-up, and keep her out of sight.

The moment had arrived. Without the slightest hesitation, Lory jumped into K186. Everything had to be done as best as possible. "They'll react" thought Lory. "I can't make mistakes." The time between landing and attack had to be very short. Her visibility as a high-ranking hunter was well-known, and if any of them were checking the rankings, they'd spot her in an instant.

She couldn't afford a second scout. Too much movement, too much "noise." She could only hope no one had reinforced that unbubbled castle or noticed the scout she'd carried out a few seconds earlier. So, as usual, Lory took a deep breath and sent her troops. Her infantry raced as if driven by the wind on a ship's sails, they arrived, and struck the castle.

From a first glance at the wounded, she realized the attack had gone very well; there had been no reinforcements. But in those three seconds of attack, the entire BwF alliance now knew she was there. Lory had to calculate their reaction times; she knew they were always very quick, but only if they had a castle ready to attack could they hit her. If they hadn't been ready, they would have had to change equipment and prepare at least one buff, as well as hide their troops. So after those three seconds, they would have needed at least 20 or 30 seconds if they had been already online. All this thinking was running through Lory's head, just like her troops, who were returning at great speed.

Lory quickly healed them and immediately sent them back to the castle. Now she was feeling the strain, her adrenaline was truly at its peak. As the troops advanced on the objective, Lory hoped no one had been quick enough to reinforce that castle with a garrison of horses. It was the only thing that could form her and inflict significant damage, if not total defeat. But the troops arrived at the castle again, and yess ... Here's the captured lord! Hurray! That little icon at the bottom gave her great joy. Success!

Everything had gone well, but wait, now she had to go back. A little over 15 seconds had passed between the first and second attack, a bit too long, but she still had maybe 5 seconds to breathe before being attacked, just enough to turn back and get her troops to safety. That was the most tense moment of this adventure, going back was always dangerous. Almost holding her breath, Lory hid her troops and when they were finally safe, she breathed. The smile of success appeared on her face and a sense of relaxation and pride crossed her heart. Mission accomplished. Lory now went to observe the castle personally to see if there were some more troops, and just then, as she was reading her scout's report, the BwF alliance reacted.

They were tracking her. 8 hours of rallying via a small account would have marked any position she had. Lory smiled, but it wasn't a smile of arrogance, but rather of awareness. They had been as fast as she expected, and this made her understand that she had predicted correctly and that they were opponents she knew well. Only 30 seconds. She had no troops outside, and knowing full well that she was being tracked, a jump to other parts of the map was totally useless. Lory therefore remained calm, being 0 castle. She then began to calmly examine her reports. They were truly beautiful, she had earned almost 20 million in merit.

Her infantry bleed formation was giving her a lot of satisfaction. She had encountered a disorganized formation on the wall with cavalry and infantry from the first and second lines, but apart from Arya, there was no reference to the commanders.

The spears were therefore left rather defenseless, and annihilation was inevitable. As she waited for her excitement to subside, Lory reflected that she had exploited her knowledge of the enemy. By predicting the moves, she had strategically focused solely on the fight, thus always staying one step ahead. Lory knew that as the evening progressed, she would face a variety of unpredictable enemies, but this was one of the aspects she loved most about the game.
