This was already my second day at Kingdom 247, which was then controlled by the DaC alliance. After a long and exhausting day of war here, things finally seemed calm. The night had ended, and the sun illuminated even the darkest corners. No players were without a bubble. Everyone was desperately trying to protect their castles and troops from me.

After a few hours without anything new, I decided it was time to start looking for a new victim... another player to watch their castle turn into ruins without being able to do anything about it.
From beginning to end, I opened every kingdom on my one-scroll kingdoms list, but nothing seemed good enough, and I was starting to get frustrated. In the end, my only option was to return home and train the troops I had lost here.
I started getting everything ready for the jump, but before leaving, I took one last quick look around the great cities in Kingdom 247, and miraculously, I found something.

It was already late at night, and it fell into my lap like a gift coming from the Seven Gods. While all the DaC players were carefully maintaining their bubbles to do not get zeroed, Za Ra, the queen of the kingdom, who should have been setting the example for all of her allies, let her guard down, and her castle lost its protection while she was asleep.

I was surprised by what I was seeing. I thought that, of all the castles in this kingdom, this would be the most protected and best maintained, but I was wrong. Za Ra was wearing rebel gear and had no battle badges equipped, not even a troop appearance skin, preventing me from knowing her primary troop type.
Since this was the Duke account, there was no way for me to know whether she was online or not, and scouting her castle would only serve as a warning and could ruin my opportunity to earn more merit points and take down another one of their players. This was an attack that had to be done in the dark. But once she is the queen, I was certain I wanted to do that.
I positioned my castle and, fully aware of the dangers this kingdom carried, launched a solo attack.

The first attack revealed Za Ra's formation and troop composition. Her wall capacity was 14 million, which was actually a relatively small number. Her formation was infantry, but without any synergy or commanders that could make the battle difficult for me.
Za Ra proved that she would not be a difficult target and that bringing the queen down from her throne would be a simple task. However, her allies could still step in to protect her, and I was counting on that.

The mix of T3 and T4 troops was weird. I believe this account was built to be useful in events, so all of that power was not wasted. But now, Za Ra will need a huge amount of resources and many days of speed-ups to rebuild all that army.
The job was not finished yet, and to avoid wasting time, I did not heal my troops. I stayed in the same position and attacked again, even without knowing how many troops were still left behind the wall.

The wall was complete once again, and I found myself wondering how many troops she still had inside her castle. This time, I lost fewer troops, while Za Ra lost more than 7.5 million T3 and T4 troops. Up to that point, the Defense Tower had not been used, and no reinforcements had been sent to her.
I did not want to stop, not even to change positions. The adrenaline was high, and I was forgetting the most basic protocol. I was completely vulnerable, in the perfect position to be ambushed, but I believed I was safe. I did not think twice before attacking again.

Was the wall full again? How many troops did Za Ra have inside her castle? At that moment, I found myself wondering if this battle would ever come to an end. I was not going to complain, because more troops meant more merit points for me, but I was curious.
I was fully aware of the risk I was taking, and before launching the next attack, I changed positions while still staying close enough to their hive.

Za Ra finally fell after the fourth attack, losing the rest of her army and having her Lord captured. It was a great victory, and now I could finally leave the kingdom after a long streak of destroyed castles.
This time, everything went according to plan. I attacked Za Ra at a time when most of the DaC players were asleep, giving me complete control over both Za Ra and the kingdom. Even though I attacked in the dark, the results of the battles were exactly what I had hoped for. I thought about staying and trying to take Kings Landing just to start another party, but I can do it in another opportunity.
I waited another six hours, but nobody lost their bubble. I jumped back to Kingdom 96 because I needed to rebuild my army, but I will be back soon to terrorize the DaC once again.
