After finishing the 5th Season of Arena of Honor with her best score out of all seasons, managing to get and stay into top 100 in the glory rankings, it's time for [N0X]LadyKnight to embark on yet another adventure as the new season it's starting in just 2 weeks. Taking advantage of all the rewards she got in the prior season she managed to get a nice upgrade that will surely help her in the new season, the Arena of Honor Castle Skin.

Besides that, she also did a few other upgrades and now as it was already Sunday, she left [N0X] castle and headed towards the Arena of Honor battlefield to meet with the Fantastic 10 team. Once she arrived there, she signed the pre-registration papers together with the rest of the team and once everyone was done, xKikix registered the team and everyone waited for the matchmaking to be completed by the Old Gods.

The matchmaking only takes about 5 minutes, so it was done quite quickly and as soon as it was done the battlefield gates opened and the houses representatives got out to pick their teams for this round. House Stark had the first pick this round and of course they decided to pick the Fantastic 10 team and once all the houses choose their teams, everyone stepped inside the battlefield and head towards their respective clan castle, with the team together with Sansa headed towards the frozen north where the Starks Clan Castle is located.

Once they arrived there, everyone started deploying their camps and do last minutes preparations before the fight. While finishing her camp, LadyKnight also decided to send a few spies over the battlefield to see what the other houses are up to.

As expected, the news that the spies got back weren't the best, as there were quite a lot of very strong warriors in the teams invited by the other houses, warriors like Inu da One, Lord Shorty, Nominor and Unholyname being present on the battlefield and ready to challenge the Fantastic 10 team. The time for strategies was however done as the horn announcing the start of battle was heard and the strongholds started dropping their bubble so everyone on the battlefield head towards them to occupy and reinforce them as quickly as possible.

Once the 2 minutes of occupation were done, the team started the constructions and they decided to go with military camps once again, to conquer at least 1 more Clan Castle and why not the catapults to help them properly fight for the City of Glory. Their plan worked and in a matter for seconds, on the first NPC attack they managed to take the Greyjoy's Clan Castle, but what they didn't know was that the AI team received an upgrade between seasons and they were attacking much more often and that made the battle much more intense for everyone. Between the NPC attacking relentlessly there were also altars opening and with the troops split in 15 directions, it wasn't much LadyKnight could do in terms of solo attacks, but she still reinforced her stronger team-mates all over the battlefield.

t was a good strategy for her, as there was too much happening all over the battlefield to go into solo trips, so all she soloed between or during reinforcements were the AI team's NPCs trying to steal the strongholds and altars. The fight went on good for the team, with them managing to occupy quite a lot of altars, and despite being under constant pressure, the team was ahead in points as they approached the middle of fight and the opening of City of Glory.

As soon as the bubble dropped, the strongest warriors on the battlefield launched devasting solo attacks that were so swift and powerful it didn't give time for anyone to send reinforcements. It was ImperialRock that managed to secure the city for enough time to actually receive reinforcements, and it didn't take long for the other 2 teams to swap strategy from solos to rallies. Both the Lannister's and Targaryen's sent their best warriors to rally, Inu Da One and unholyname for House Targaryen and Lord Shorty and Nominor for House Lannister were the chosen ones and in a matter of seconds the rallies got filled and they were already on their way towards the City of Glory. As soon as they arrived in the vale and noticed how many troops there are there, the team knew it's going to be a very complicated battle.

The rallies started hitting in quick succession and while none of them were winning, each of them was chipping the team's troops in the city so they always had to pull their march back and quickly speed back in. Every rally was extremely bloody for both sides but none of the houses wanted to stop and cut the loses so the millions of troops kept clashing each other, turning the snow around the city red in minutes. Despite having a few close calls with the defense army in the city dropping way too low for their comfort, the team never gave up on holding the castle and they kept healing their troops and sending them back to the city as quickly as possible. Ultimately despite having the numbers, the Lannister's and Targaryen's had to succumb to ImperialRock's raw strength, and the top-notch reinforcements provided by his team.

The season started great for LadyKnight and the team, with a decisive win against very strong opponents and despite what the score shows, it was a very hard-fought battle, especially with the upgraded AI npc's. The season just started and if the team wants to top their prior season performance, they need to bring their A game every round. Will they be able to win them all or they'll meet teams they can't defeat? Time will tell. See you all on the battlefield!
