As the month of July is approaching its end, the 5th Season of Arena of Honor is now heading towards the last round. For [N0X] Shado and his team, the round is still of major importance as there is a tiny bit of chance for them to hit that Glory King rank but in order to do that, beside hoping their direct opponents in ranking will somehow trip and lose points, they also have to win the round. With that in mind, Shado did very tremendous preparations, doing upgrades wherever he could, smelting more valyrian weapons and training more troops. Once the 2 weeks between the rounds were done, he went to the Arena of Honor battlefield ready to meet with the team and once everyone was there, they signed the required papers and team got registered by HotepRa.

As the matchmaking only takes a few minutes it didn't take long for it to be completed and once the battlefield doors opened everyone stepped inside to see which house they going to choose them this time. Shado's team was chosen by Daenerys this time, to fight for House Targaryen and together with her they all went to the South-West forests of the battlefield towards the House Targaryen's Clan Castle.

Once they arrived there, everyone set camp around the castle and started doing the last minutes preparations. Shado used a few of those minutes to send spies to the other houses to see who they invited to fight for them.

Unfortunately, the spies got back with news that nobody wanted, both the teams invited by Starks and Lannister's were extremely strong with warriors like Dakarshur, Mandy IV, DA SQUAD and Andir1981. The team quickly changed their strategy to fit for the upcoming fight and it was done just in time as the battle started and the strongholds dropped their bubbles.

Once the occupation time was done, the team constructed 5 military camps to try and occupy the Tyrell's clan castle and 1 or maybe 2 towers later on and for the rest of the strongholds they went with trading posts.

Their strategy worked and they managed to occupy the clan castle and as soon as they did occupy one watch tower too, they decided to go all in with trading posts and now their goal was occupying at least 3 Altar of the Maiden to maximize their points generation.

On the first few altars, Shado decided to use his troops to support the stronger warriors in his team, but as the fight progressed, there were fighting everywhere so beside reinforcing he decided to go in a solo adventure targeting the enemy altars.

Some of the adventures ended good for Shado, some ended in crushing defeats, but the defeats didn't stop him, he just ordered his medics to quickly heal the wounded troops and get back into the fighting. The team managed to secure a few altars, but the other 2 teams didn't just sit there waiting, they were also generating a lot of points and with a similar strategy to theirs, both Targaryen's and Starks were neck in neck on ranking just before the City of Glory opened.

Once the city opened, an unexpected thing happened, it wasn't the Lannister's that took the initial lead on the city but actually the Starks that sent Mandy IV to occupy 'it. It took the Targaryen's and the Lannister's almost 2 minutes to figure out what was happening but once they did, they instantly started the rallies to stop the starks from taking the city.

Wind5 and Balrum along with Dakarshur and DA SQUAD quickly prepared their rallies, and, in a few minutes, they were already at the city gates ready to challenge Mandy IV's defenses. Once the rallies arrived on the vale, there were so many troops that they couldn't fight all at once, there was simply not enough room, so the rallies were hitting one at a time. The sound of valyrian steel weapons clashing was sending chills on everyone's spines and there were so many troops losing their lives on the battlefield that the terrain soon turned into red. The heavy loses forced Mandy IV to accept defeat and leave the castle and then it was time for House Lannister to set up their defenses. The Starks and Targaryen's were now on offense and despite giving their best Dakarshur was doing a great job defending against the rallies sent continuously by the other houses, their reinforces were on point and having the catapults on their side surely helped them. Despite city changing hands a few times, every time when Dakarshur was taking 'it was harder and harder for the other houses to time their rallies well enough to kick them and ultimately, there were so many dead troops on the attacker's side that they couldn't be resurrected in time, so House Lannister managed to secure the City of Glory.

While they weren't able to keep the City of Glory and win the round, the team played extremely well this round too, and their strategy worked flawlessly, they managed to secure all the points rewards and even managed to outperform the Starks and get the 2nd place. It wasn't enough for them to get to the Glory King ranking but after all the fights ended, they noticed a win wouldn't had been enough either so that goal has to be postponed for the next season. Will they be able to play better and get 'it on the Season 6? We'll have to wait and see. See you all on the battlefield!
