🌹 It's the day, the Valentine's Day, but the bank over there... 🌹

📕Story Background
The air was filled with the sweet scent of roses and chocolates as the entire city basked in the romance of Valentine’s Day. Couples strolled hand in hand down the streets, soft love songs played in elegantly decorated restaurants, and long lines formed outside flower shops as last-minute lovers prepared for their special dates.
Suddenly, the sky darkened. Thick storm clouds rolled in, and a blinding flash of lightning split the heavens, followed by a deafening thunderclap. Rain poured down in torrents, sending couples scrambling for cover beneath awnings. Flower stalls were overturned, and carefully planned dates were thrown into disarray by the unexpected storm.
But just as quickly as it arrived, the rain ceased. The storm left behind a dazzling rainbow stretching across the sky, and the air was crisp with the mingling scents of wet earth and blooming flowers. People emerged once again, ready to resume their romantic evening—until the city's tranquility was shattered by the wailing of a bank alarm!
Inside the bank, chaos erupted. A masked man stormed in, grabbed several bundles of cash, and dashed toward the exit. A quick-thinking employee pressed the alarm, but the thief had already slipped away into the post-storm crowd.
Police arrived promptly, locking down the area. Based on eyewitness descriptions, three men were stopped near the scene. Sheriff Goss studied the suspects carefully, each with an alibi that placed them near the bank at the time of the robbery.
The Bachelor
"I'm single and had nothing better to do on Valentine's Day, so I was sitting at a café across the street from the bank. When I saw the commotion, I ran over to see what was going on."
The Romantic Photographer
"After the rain stopped, I was admiring the rainbow, trying to find the perfect angle to take a picture for my girlfriend. But the sun was too harsh, so I headed toward the eyeglass store to buy sunglasses."
The Thoughtful Boyfriend
"I was at the bank to withdraw money for a gift for my girlfriend, but since it was storming outside, I decided to wait inside until the rain stopped. I had no idea I’d walk right into a robbery."
Sheriff Goss listened carefully, reviewing their statements. His brow furrowed, and then suddenly, he smirked.
“One of you is lying, and your lie just exposed you as the thief!”

----- Previous answer (Lights Out, Laptop Gone) -------
The culprit is Michael.
Michael took Lisa's laptop. He said he'd been reading a novel last night. But the lights went out 30 minutes after they got to the hotel last night, so there's no way he could have finished the whole novel. He must have used Lisa's laptop to read the book online, since Lisa has the online access to it.

If you want to look at a rainbow, the sun must be behind you, and you can't see the sun and the rainbow at the same time. So the photographer is lying ; he's the robber.
It was not secret and it wasn't really a habit, but for former girlfriends, I tried to listen to music I usually didn't like or I went to contemporary dance shows.
And I wish that I could sing better and play an instrument.

Hi

Rainbows appears at the opposite of sun. You cannot be blinded by sun when looking at a rainbow.
So the photographer is the thief, he is lying.

The photographer lied. Rainbow appears at the back of the sun so why did he need sunglasses
