SEASON 2 - ROUND 10 - ARENA OF HONOR HIGHLIGHTS

Prelude to battle

A new round of Honor Arena has arrived and Vanette the WxC warrior continues playing with his alliance mates Ravat, DrLuvGood, AceTheatrics, Mayah, VAD3R, csnmf, Jamesdelaney, Thorvald and Robert 01 who decided to join our team at the last minute.

The WxC team enters the server at 01:00 and upon joining they are surprised to find themselves on the same battlefield as the CCCPC team, Some BaN like Love Angel, King Goran and the main WAO roster, so getting first place was out of the question for the WxC guys, so they will decide to play with the CCCPC team to try to get a spot.

The WxC boys represented House Targaryen of the storm, those who do not burn, against everyone except for the CCCPC team who will help them get a good place in this round.

So for this fight the team decided to play with trading slots; because with many strong players on the battlefield, it was a sure way to get points.

The Battle

After setting up the trading posts, Vanette tries to take one but on his way he crashed into General 43; where he did not get any eliminations, returning on the road very discouraged, because there is no building that he can obtain for his faction.

Meanwhile on team CCCPC, our strongest player but not part of our team, decides to go solo against an Altar that Love Angel was defending with reinforcements, where he incredibly manages to take her out, due to the damage from the counterattack.

His meta spears combo is far superior, since in a subsequent duel against KingGoran who had a meta infantry combo, he was unable to defeat him despite the great advantage that the counterattack radius brings.

Returning to our team's duel, Vanette sees some spear targets and launches his infantry into the attacks, since they are in last place and need to take possession of some altar.

Against Winthrop he manages to get the Altar for his faction, but against KAWO; with only a few seconds left to take the building, TyrionLanistr comes with his meta cavalry combo and easily kicks Vanette due to the damage from the counterattack.

AceTheatrics, who always makes the strategy of taking the building with a rally, enters the scene to recover the Maiden's Altar, where there was a player with full reinforcements, and kicks it without any effort.

His play of AceTheatrics worked and we got the Maiden's Altar, while that was happening the Dragon Pits opened and the CCCPC decided to take one with rally, but that Pit was being occupied by Love Angel, who had previously kicked it solo, because in rally it was much easier for her, that somehow helps us because, being the faction that is taking all the buildings, it helps us add points and move up to fifth place.

After that, after a few minutes, the City of Glory opened and the CCCPC team reinforced it with the purpose of holding on and securing first place in the game. Everything was very complicated for our team since the enemies were very strong compared to us; and taking away the Altars did not help at all to reverse the result; the Mining Sites did not help either since everyone has the possibility of accessing them; so there was only one and last chance to get out of fifth place.

The Mineshafts were the last chance for the WxC boys, so if they failed it was a defeat for them, since they were fighting for third-fourth-fifth place against the Baratheon and Stark factions; Vanette, csnmf and Thorvald are the protagonists occupying the mineshafts.

csnmf who decided to go with cavalry manages to withstand the first blow, but the second blow is kicked by TYAA, who unlike csnmf he possessed Senelle, so it makes the difference to kick him.

At least in that short time it was advantageous and House Targaryen rose to fourth place, on the other hand, Vanette who was more reinforced than csnmf manages to resist an attack by Menat Shroom his alliance partner..., and as the minutes pass he manages to drain the points from the mineshaft.

Now who was missing to drain the points from the mineshaft, we all reinforced Thorvald, where after enduring two attacks, one from CCK comes but that attack was a rally attack, so being stronger, he manages to kick Thorvald, but the good thing about that event is that only a few points remained; and it was enough to get fourth place, after the mineshaft round, there was no way to go up or down a position so the WxC team despite the great disadvantage in accounts they had was able to fight and get an acceptable place in such a complicated duel.

For only 3000 points the WxC guys would have gotten some points to move up in rank... but it was a very fun duel.
