I am Bezedash and welcome once more into my GoT world.

PRELUDE

Winterfell lay cloaked in its familiar, icy silence, an ancient stillness that seemed to grip even the stones. Our MFs alliance had gathered on the southern outskirts of the fortress, bracing ourselves for the Siege of Winterfell for the third match of the season. Tonight, the enemy was no ordinary force once more; our opponents were the infamous BUN alliance, a force as relentless and unyielding as winter itself.

“Feel that?” henomaus, my lifelong comrade-in-arms, calmly murmured, his gaze sharp as he scanned the dark outlines of BUN’s northern strongholds on the horizon.

I, Bezedash, knight-minstrel, nodded slowly, my fingers curling around my sword’s hilt. My heart thrummed with anticipation and a flicker of fear, like an unsteady pulse beating against my ribs.

“They’re coming,” i replied, voice steady, “and they mean to crush us.”

Beside me stood LadySam, my wife and fiercest ally, her expression hardened, yet her eyes glinted with a steely resolve that only deepened in the face of danger. Behind her were our loyal comrades : Rudyv83, his jaw set with the silent conviction of a man who’d fought a hundred battles; iscand2, a horseman of sharp wit, always ready with a dry comment but deadly serious in the heat of conflict; Paco Jhones, a man of few words but countless talents and eyaka, our wise storyteller, with a tongue as sharp as my quill. Each of us felt the chill seeping through our boots as we prepared to face one of the most legendary alliances in the land.

Outnumbered, outarmed, and perhaps outmatched, we waited under the cold, shivering sky.

SOW IT GOES : BUN FOR OUR LIVES

The first moments of battle were full of promise. Moving with precision, we claimed the Greyjoy Outposts, setting up our banners that unfurled in the bitter wind. A surge of hope, fierce and fleeting, coursed through our veins. For a heartbeat, victory seemed almost within reach. But then came the crackling horn from the north... a horn that heralded doom.

But BUN was quick to respond, surging forward with disciplined force. Their counterattack was swift and brutal, like a dark flood spilling over every outpost we held.

“Not the usual hit-and-run, is it?” eyaka muttered, eyes tracking BUN’s swift, unyielding advance.

“No,” replied LadySam, watching grimly as our flags were overtaken one by one, shredded by the icy winds of defeat. “They’re not here to prove a point. They’re here to wipe us out.”

And the realization dawned on us all : we were not just outmatched indeed, we were fighting and running for our survival.

With relentless precision, BUN reclaimed every building, every outpost, and every stronghold until we were forced back, inch by inch, to the very edges of our territory.

In a last-ditch effort to regain control, i, Bezedash, charged foolishly toward the Armory, hoping to rally our forces around a stronghold that could tip the battle back in our favor. My heartbeat pounded in my throat as i charged forward, the sting of sweat mixing with the frigid air as i clashed with BUN’s unyielding front lines.

The fight over the Armory was fierce… over in mere seconds. My army was obliterated, their screams filling the air before they were drowned by BUN’s rallying cries. Every clang of steel was a bitter harmony against our shouts. My knights barely had time to raise their shields before being swept away. And i felt the crushing weight of failure. The metallic taste of fear mixed with the cold air, a reminder of our helplessness against this unstoppable force.

Simultaneously, LadySam led the rest of our forces toward the Hot Springs, seeking shelter and a foothold amid the chaos. But BUN was already there, entrenched, like siege engines and archers unleashing a torrent of destruction that shredded our ranks.

LadySam’s face twisted in anger, her defiance like a flame flickering under a relentless gale, but for every inch we gained, we lost two more.

“It’s like they’ve spread some plague across the battlefield,” muttered Paco Jhones, face pale as he looked out over the carnage.

“More like myxomatosis,” i said, my tone dark. “They’re picking us off, one by one, like rabbits caught in a snare.”

Our forces fought valiantly, their courage unwavering, but BUN’s strength was inexorable. Their soldiers, drilled to perfection, held their positions with unflinching determination. Every inch we gained was clawed back from us with unrelenting brutality.

As the battle reached its peak, the battlefield was blanketed with BUN’s banners, their colors marking every single building. They were everywhere, like shadows tightening around us, pinning us down in a suffocating grip. Any attempt to break free from our keep met with a hail of arrows, forcing our soldiers back, bruised and bloodied, before they could even reach the front lines.

“What now?” iscand2 asked, desperation in his voice as he surveyed the overwhelming presence of BUN’s forces, his usual confidence replaced by a hollow dread.

LadySam’s gaze remained steady, a fire in her eyes that hadn’t yet been snuffed out. She took a deep breath, her voice cold as steel.

“We keep fighting. Even if we’re outnumbered, we don’t surrender.”

And so, with every last shred of strength, we launched a final, reckless charge. Our forces surged forward, driven not by hope, but by sheer defiance. This was no longer a battle for victory but a battle for dignity, for the right to stand unbowed, even in defeat.

The clash was brutal, a struggle in which every inch we gained was met with a wall of spears, shields, and relentless resistance. BUN’s lines didn’t falter; their forces held fast, pushing us back despite our fiercest efforts.

EPILOGUE

When the dust settled, we staggered back to our keep, our armor battered and our spirits bruised. The final score flashed before us, a harsh reminder of our crushing defeat. BUN had left us no mercy, their forces proving stronger, faster, and more precise in every aspect.

Henomaus let out a weary sigh, removing his helmet with a wince.

“We need a cure for this… plague BUN unleashed on us,” he murmured, his voice hollow with defeat.

LadySam’s gaze was steady as steel.

“Or we need to become stronger than it,” she replied, her voice hardening with resolve. “We’ve seen what they’re capable of. Next time, we’ll be ready.”

I strummed my lute softly, the notes faint in the chilling air. Already, the defeat was taking shape in my mind, transforming into a new melody… a song not of surrender, but of resilience. BUN may have won this day, but our story wasn’t over. In our defeat, we found the spark to ignite a stronger resolve, the determination to face them again.

SoW much worse this time,” i said,
With a crooked grin, no hint of dread.
The clash was fierce, our foes were strong,
Yet still, our fight was brave and long.

Each blow a test, each wound a mark,
Steel and bone forged in the dark.
For battles lost lay lessons taught...
We’ll strike anew in the next onslaught.

With that, we turned our eyes forward, each of us tempered by defeat, our resolve sharpened like a blade. This was only one chapter in a longer tale… one that had only just begun.
