In a previous article, we introduced Legendary Skills in Infinity Kingdom with Patch 2.6.6. These powerful skills offer game-changing potential, allowing dedicated players to reach new strategic heights. In this first of a two-part series, we’ll take a closer look at two of my favorite Legendary Skills: Drastic Action and Infinite Firepower. Both of these skills are instrumental in PvP and PvE and can completely reshape the way you approach battles.

In our next article, we’ll dive into the other three Legendary Skills: Last Stand, Attack & Defense and recent addition Life Protection. For now, let’s explore what makes Drastic Action and Infinite Firepower so special and how you can use them to dominate your enemies.

Recap: What Are Legendary Skills?

If you missed our previous article, here’s a quick recap: Legendary Skills are the highest tier of skills in Infinity Kingdom, introduced in Patch 2.6.6. These skills require ability stones for unlocking and upgrading, unlike common skills that use soul crystals. With now Five Legendary Skills in total, they bring immense power to the battlefield, but at a high cost.

• Unlocking and Upgrading: Legendary Skills require 60 ability stones to unlock and up to 240 stones to fully upgrade. They can only be obtained through Blessing of Triss, now Wisdom of Well event, so players must plan their upgrades carefully.

Drastic Action: Single-Target Devastation

Drastic Action is a skill built for eliminating single targets swiftly and efficiently. It activates every 6 seconds with a 60% chance to deal 600% physical damage to the enemy with the lowest HP. If the target’s HP is below 70%, the damage repeats. Additionally, it reduces the target’s healing by 50% for 6 seconds, making it an excellent tool for shutting down healers.

Skill Mechanics:

• Trigger: 6 seconds.
• Chance to Trigger: 60%.
• Effect: Deals 600% physical damage to the enemy with the lowest HP, reducing healing by 50%. If HP is below 70%, the damage repeats.

⭐Recommended Immortals⭐:

• Manco Cápac, Tutankhamun, Khubilai Khan, Nebuchadnezzar II, Wukong, Poseidon, 
• These Immortals excel with Drastic Action due to their synergy with its single-target damage output.

Strategic Use

Drastic Action is ideal for battles where taking down key targets quickly is vital, such as Spider, Chaos Beast, or of course, PvP. It works wonders when paired with skills or Immortals that bring enemies below 70% HP quickly, allowing the damage to repeat and ensuring the opponent cannot recover through healing.

Synergies

Pair Drastic Action with Melanthios' Dark Breath skill, which enhances its potential for eliminating key targets rapidly. It also works well with critical hit-enhancing skills like Chase or Cleave, allowing it to deal even more damage in PvP scenarios.

Mael's Opinion : Drastc Action is a fantastic skill, extremely powerful to devastate single ennemy one by one from the weakest to the strongest, preventing at the same time the ennemy team to receve valuable healing. The skill mechanic makes it one of the best single-target skill in the game right now.

Infinite Firepower: The Mage’s Ultimate Weapon

Infinite Firepower is the ultimate skill for Mage Immortals, offering massive AOE damage and a boost to Energy Regeneration. Every 3 seconds, it has a 60% chance to deal 350% magical damage to all enemies, while also increasing the caster's SP Recovery by 20% for 3 seconds.

Skill Mechanics:

• Trigger: 3 seconds.
• Chance to Trigger: 60%.
• Effect: Deals 350% magical damage to all enemies and increases own SP Recovery by 20% for 3 seconds.

⭐Recommended Immortals⭐:

• Himiko, Empress Wu, Loki.
• These Immortals benefit greatly from Infinite Firepower due to their powerful spell casts and ultimate as well as the iimportance on fast energy regeneration.

Strategic Use

Infinite Firepower shines not only in PVP but also PvE content such as Gnome Boss or Infernal Furnace, where sustained damage to large groups of enemies is essential. Its energy regeneration bonus makes it invaluable for Mage Immortals who depend on frequent ultimate skill usage.

Mael's Opinion : This is my preferred skill and the most powerful Magic Skill in the game right now.

Energy Regeneration Recap

As mentioned in my previous article on Energy Regeneration, this is a crucial attribute that directly impacts how often an Immortal can use their ultimate skill. Infinite Firepower increases Energy Regen by 20%, meaning your Mage Immortals will recharge their energy even faster, allowing them to cast their powerful ultimates more frequently.

Here’s a quick recap of how to enhance energy regeneration in Infinity Kingdom:

• Lord Talents like Owl Guardian can increase energy regeneration speed by 5%.
• Academy Research and Immortal Skills provide additional boosts.
• Tower of Knowledge Skills such as Rage Blessing and Battle Stance offer percentage-based energy regeneration, complementing skills like Infinite Firepower.

Using Both Drastic Action and Infinite Firepower Together

Now, let’s discuss how to use Drastic Action and Infinite Firepower together for maximum impact. In PvP and PvE, these skills complement each other by offering both powerful single-target damage and AOE magic damage.

Both are Triggered Skills that activate under specific conditions, such as after certain attacks, delay or events.

• PvP: Use Drastic Action to single out and destroy key opponents such as healers or damage dealers, while Infinite Firepower chips away at the rest of the enemy team with sustained AOE damage.
• PvE: In large-scale battles like Gnome Boss or Infernal Furnace, where multiple waves of enemies are a constant threat, Infinite Firepower’s AOE damage combined with Drastic Action’s focus on eliminating single targets provides a well-rounded approach to victory.

By equipping these skills on the right Immortals (physical frontliners with Drastic Action and powerful Mages with Infinite Firepower), you can handle almost any battle scenario effectively. And let’s be honest, having both of these skills in action is bound to make your opponents think twice before messing with you.

This evaluation compares two powerful teams, both equipped with strong skills and dragons, going head-to-head in a strategic PvP battle.

Below is a detailed breakdown of each team’s configuration followed by the battle outcome.

Battle Insights:

When two teams share similar skills and formations, the slightest edge in strategy can make all the difference. In this matchup, the team equipped with Drastic Action and Infinite Firepower comes out ahead. Loki thrives with the extra energy regeneration from Infinite Firepower, allowing him to unleash his abilities more frequently, dramatically increasing his impact on the battlefield.

While Drastic Action doesn’t deliver huge single bursts of damage, its ability to maintain momentum and control gives this team the upper hand, outpacing opponents. On the other hand, Loki's damage, though significant, falls just behind heavy hitters like Wukong and Poseidon due to survivability challenges in the backline. By reinforcing the backline, particularly Loki, the team can further dominate with continuous pressure and control, making him nearly unstoppable when paired with Infinite Firepower.

Final Takeaway:

Depending on your luck, obtaining these stones may require anywhere from 1,000 to 3,000 Divine Coins. This makes Legendary Skills a significant investment, particularly for free-to-play or moderate-spending players.

For players managing a tight budget, it’s crucial to plan your spending, participate in events, and focus on unlocking and upgrading these skills gradually. However, for those with a larger budget, the rewards of unlocking these skills early are undeniable, providing an immediate advantage in both PvP and PvE. So, unless you're rolling in Divine Coins, be prepared for a long haul—but trust me, the power payoff is worth every stone.

Below are the costs required to maximize Legendary Skills for each scenario. We will focus on the best cost-value bundles—$5, $10, and $20 bundles—to determine the most economical approach for achieving the desired number of Divine Coins.
