The Ultimate Conquest was nearing its climax, and the battlefield was set for what everyone knew would be the most anticipated match of the season. The two titans, BaN and WxC, favourites of the event that hadn't clashed before, were ready to give everything to defeat each other. Everything was on the line. It wasn’t just about pride or glory. It was about securing a spot in the finals and etching their names into the depths of GoTWiC history.

UrCandy sat at his desk, eyes fixed on the countdown timer for the match, eagerly anticipating the start of the fight. The tension in BaN's chat was electric, each member voicing strategies, preparing for what was bound to be a grueling battle. They were ready. UrCandy had been in countless fights before, but this one was different, many things were on the line. The pressure for this one felt monumental.

“Tanalyn,” UrCandy said, his voice steady despite the nerves that bit at his stomach, “they’re not going to give us any breathing room. WxC’s strongest fighters, especially CCCPC, will be aiming to make this as painful as possible.”

Tanalyn, as usual, was composed, just like she always seemed to be before any fights, it was in her nature. “We’ve beaten the best to get here, and WxC’s no different. Stick to the plan, control what we can, and if they throw us off, we adapt. Just keep your focus.”

The match began, and as expected, both alliances split the buildings right down the middle. It was like watching two master strategists play a perfect game of chess. BaN had secured the Tower of the Warrior, while WxC laid claim to the Temple of the Mother. Both sides fortified their positions, neither willing to give an inch. UrCandy couldn’t help but admire WxC’s coordination—they moved like clockwork, much like BaN.

“We’ll go on the offensive when the ports open,” UrCandy said, his mind already working through the possibilities.

The moment the ports unlocked, it was like lighting a fuse. BaN surged forward, and within seconds, they captured both ports. The alliance chat buzzed with excitement, but the real work was only beginning. Swapping the buildings to optimize buffs was always a delicate process, but BaN executed it flawlessly. WxC’s response was fast, sending waves of rallies toward the Tower of the Warrior. But BaN’s defenses held strong, repelling every attempt. UrCandy led the defense with cold precision, never allowing himself to get caught up in the chaos of the battle.

“WxC’s going to come harder at the Tower,” UrCandy warned, watching the rally notifications pour in. “They won’t let up until they break us.”

But no matter how many times WxC tried, they couldn’t break through. The Tower of the Warrior remained in BaN’s control, while the Temple of the Mother fell into their hands as well. It was a major blow to WxC, but they weren’t out of the fight yet.

Then, Casterly Rock unlocked.

UrCandy’s pulse quickened. Capturing Casterly Rock would tilt the balance in their favor, but it was always a battleground for fierce competition. BaN moved swiftly, taking control of the Rock, but just as they began the swap, disaster struck. CCCPC, WxC’s strongest fighter, intercepted the swap. His reputation was legendary, and now he held the most important structure on the map.

“Damn it,” UrCandy muttered, frustration bubbling under his calm surface. “Casterly Rock is untouchable with CCCPC in there. We’ll need to shift focus and outplay them elsewhere.”

Tanalyn’s voice cut through the tension. “Forget Casterly Rock for now. Focus on holding what we’ve got. We’re still in this.”

Buildings began to swap hands as both sides scrambled to gain an advantage. Each alliance played with precision, calculating every move. For a while, it felt like a stalemate, as both sides took and lost buildings in rapid succession. But BaN still had the upper hand, securing more points per minute throughout the match. UrCandy stayed sharp, adjusting tactics as the match went on, directing rallies, and telling everyone to defend key locations precisely when it was needed. Every second counted, every move was crucial, everyone needed to stay on edge.

UrCandy steeled himself. “This is our last stop. If we get the mines, we close this out.”

The mines opened, and in a coordinated push, BaN surged forward. UrCandy’s heart pounded as they managed to capture both mines before WxC could react. The sense of victory started to creep in, but there was no time for celebration yet. WxC rallied fiercely, throwing everything they had to retake the mines. But it wasn’t enough as both sides kept swapping holders until BaN captured one of them with a rally leader. BaN’s defense afterwards was ironclad, holding WxC at bay as the points piled up.

When the final moments of the match arrived, BaN had secured the win. They had more points per minute, held the critical buildings, and ultimately controlled both mines. The victory was theirs, and with it, a spot in the finals.

UrCandy let out a breath he hadn’t realized he’d been holding, the fight felt that intense for him. The alliance exploded with cheers and congratulations, but in the back of UrCandy's mind, he knew this wasn’t the end of their tournament just yet.

“We did it,” Tanalyn said, her voice filled with pride but tempered with caution. “But we’re not done yet, we still have the finals to fight in.”

UrCandy nodded, his eyes already drifting to the next challenge. A rematch with WxC awaited them in the finals. This victory was sweet, but the ultimate prize still lay ahead.

The finals loomed, and BaN would have to face WxC once more but the only difference this time was that the stakes were even higher.
