Obito69: The Challenge of a New Team

After successfully building a solid team with Diehard and HairyPlotter, Obito69 decided to build another team, this time with two of his friends from the TNI alliance, Dewo and Teledor. He started looking for members from different alliances, and when registration opened, ten Lords had finally gathered to form the team. Among them were Harun Beard from DaC, Alexandeer from BwF, Мастер меча from DCA, BARIS HAN from vip, 4eburator123 from NOW, Larsai from KTW, and AHILES from TME.

Obito69 had never met any of his seven new teammates in battle, and he knew very little about their abilities. However, their team rating was quite high, which meant they would most likely face well-established teams with equally impressive ratings in the arena. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough time to replace a few members to lower the rating, so Obito69 decided to register the team as it was.

The battle was about to begin. Everyone entered the arena and took their positions in House Lannister. After checking that all his teammates were there, Obito69 took a quick look at the enemy lineups in House Targaryen and House Stark. He spotted several powerful castles in House Stark, but that didn't worry him too much. What really caught his attention was House Targaryen. He was quite surprised to see NIGHT FURY from the RoD alliance, Velarubis from NBe, and several UTB members, including Goromar, Spike1, and Schnuty.

Obito69 had a strong cavalry army with a female-synergy commander lineup consisting of Daenerys Targaryen, Cersei Lannister, Cassana, Senelle, and Leila Mormont. He was the strongest player on his team, but that didn't mean he felt confident about everything. He knew his cavalry would have to face some very powerful enemy cavalry and spearmen armies, and some of them were stronger than his own. The same concerns started coming up among his teammates, too. At that point, all Obito69 could do was hope they would keep fighting and never give up.

And then, the battle began. Everyone started sending troops to the different strongholds across the arena. Obito69 decided to build an Infantry Camp so he could go after a tower guarded by spearmen. He also built a Cavalry Camp to counter House Baratheon and House Tyrell. Meanwhile, the players in House Targaryen seemed confident that they had the strongest squad, so they decided to build a Trading Post to earn points faster.

When the Altars opened, Obito69 and his teammates started moving to capture as many as they could. Obito69 managed to take one of the Warrior Altars, but he didn't get to enjoy it peacefully for long. NBe's Velarubis and IXA's Masa chii attacked him one after another, but Obito69 managed to defeat them both. Then UTB's Goromar came at him with spearmen, followed by UTB's Warlord 1 with bowmen. Obito69 held his ground against all of them until the Altar finally bubbled.

After that, Obito69 went for another Warrior Altar, where he came face-to-face with Orlandus from House Stark. Orlandus had a powerful spearmen army with a Spearmen Weakness synergy lineup, and this time things didn't go Obito69's way. He lost the battle and failed to capture the Altar.

When the Dragonpit opened, Obito69 quickly occupied it and asked his teammates to send reinforcements. He managed to defend it through several battles until it finally bubbled. After that, he tried to take another Dragonpit from NBe's Velarubis. Obito69 launched a solo attack, but unfortunately, he couldn't break through Velarubis's defenses. So he told everyone on his team to focus on capturing as many Altars as possible while they waited for the City of Glory to open.

As the countdown approached the final seconds, Obito69 started getting really nervous. He planned to capture the City of Glory with a solo attack and hoped his teammates would send reinforcements as soon as he took control. "Guys, once I capture the City of Glory, please send your reinforcements immediately!" he shouted to the whole team.

Finally, the City of Glory opened. Obito69 launched his solo attack and successfully occupied the city. Now all he had to do was wait for his teammates to send their troops.

But suddenly, an enemy march arrived and slammed into his defenses. It was stromshadow1 from the TIS alliance, attacking with an infantry army led by Jon Snow, Sinara, Daeron, Vorian, and Rhea, a powerful Bleed synergy lineup. Luckily, Obito69's cavalry was able to counter the attack, and he won the battle. Once again, he shouted at his teammates to send reinforcements as quickly as possible. He kept calling out, hoping someone would respond, but before the reinforcements arrived, another enemy march hit his city. This time, it was Opa1 with a bowmen army. With too few troops left to defend the city, Obito69 finally lost the City of Glory.

Obito69 was disappointed that his teammates had been so slow to send reinforcements, but he tried to understand. After all, this was a new team, and they had only just started getting to know one another. Maybe they simply hadn't learned how to work together yet. He sent scouts to the City of Glory and found out that House Targaryen had taken control of it. Spike1 was now defending the city with an army of nearly five million troops. Obito69 decided to organize a rally to take it back, but the rally only gathered four million troops because not everyone joined. Still, he decided to give it a try and sent the rally toward the City of Glory.

Unfortunately, the rally lost by a narrow margin. Obito69 felt they still had a chance, so he organized another rally and tried again. But this time, things looked even worse. The rally gathered only 3.9 million troops, fewer than the previous one. Once again, Obito69 asked his teammates to send more troops and strengthen the rally, but nobody else joined. In the end, he failed to capture the City of Glory once again.

Obito69 couldn't understand why his rallies weren't getting enough troops, so he checked where his teammates were. And that's when he found the answer. Two of them had already left the arena. Obito69 could only give a faint smile, trying to accept what had happened and hide his disappointment. By then, he felt there was little chance of winning the City of Glory, so he decided to focus on earning points in other ways.

He went back to attack the Dragonpit and tried to hold it, with a few teammates helping to reinforce his defenses. After that, they made another attempt to capture House Baratheon and House Tyrell. When the battle finally ended, Obito69's team finished in second place, behind House Targaryen, who managed to hold the City of Glory until the very end. Despite everything, Obito69 finished Rank 1 in Solo Eliminations because he had fought so many battles in an effort to earn points right up to the end.

He wanted to get angry, but honestly, he didn't even know who to blame. Maybe this defeat was just something he had to accept. It was a new team, after all, and expecting everyone to work perfectly together from the very beginning was probably asking too much. Obito69 smiled again and tried to look at the bright side. Finishing second place with a newly formed team wasn't such a bad result after all.
