The redemption arc - Arena of Honor Season 6 Round 5

As Summer has packed its bags in Westeros to make room for Autumn, the leaves are starting to turn their color into yellow and fall, for the warriors in Westeros it is time to prepare for another round of Arena of Honor, the 5th of the season. For [N0X]LadyKnight and the team it is even more important as they are coming after their first crushing defeat in months and they have to go back to the drawing board and fix things so they can start winning again and recover the fame points they lost. The 2 weeks between rounds flew by quickly and it was already Sunday at noon and time for everyone to head to the Arena of Honor battlefield, and once they arrived there, everyone signed up the registration papers and then waited patiently for the Old Gods to finish the matchmaking.

The battlefield doors opened quickly after the matchmaking concluded and the house representatives got out to pick their teams, and seeing how good the team performs and having the first draft on this round made things easy for Cersei Lannister as she picked the Fantastic 10 team to fight on her side this team.

Once the Starks and Targaryen's picked their teams everyone stepped inside and headed towards their clan castle, with the Fantastic 10 team heading towards the south-weastt forests of the battlefield where the Lannister's Clan Castle is located, and once they arrived there, everyone set their camps, and last-minute strategies were made. LadyKnight also sent some spies across the battlefield to see what the other houses are up to.

The spies did not bring good news once again, they were set to face two very strong teams, not as strong as the prior match but still facing warriors like [WxD]lelele, [WxD]Jason168, [HHH]Black bear and [NW1]King Belial it's not going to be easy at all. However, time for strategies was over as the horn announcing the start of the battle was heard on the battlefield and the strongholds opened for attacks.

Once the 2 minutes occupation passed, it was time for the construction and LadyKnight, as she was appointed to be in charge with the construction, decided to once again go with military camps in hopes to conquer some of the enemy clan castles and also make the fight for the City of Glory easier. The rest of the warriors quickly sent their construction workers and in no time the military camps were fully constructed, and good that they were because it was now time for the team to focus on the altars as they started opening and having some of them is vital for the future of the battle. While always reinforcing her team-mates when asked to, LadyKnight also decided to try a few solos without scouting but that turned to be a mistake especially on such a stacked battlefield.

Since her solos weren't going to be successful in this round, she decided to stop doing them and instead use her troops to reinforce the stronger warriors in her team, and there were reinforcements needed everywhere.

Despite being able to secure quite some altars and dragonpits, all 3 teams were neck in neck in points, mostly due to the Starks and Targaryen's going trading posts instead of military camps so once again, it will be City of Glory that will decide the faith of the round.

ImperialRock's took the lead on the city as his impressive cavalry force charged towards the neutral NPCs guarding the city and left no survivors and then everyone in the team reinforced and prepared for the upcoming attacks. Despite only having 2 real enemies, both teams were packed and they quickly sent their strongest warriors to rally the city and claim 'it in their names. Jason168, lelele, Black bear and King Belial, all made rallies and in a matter of seconds they were already marching towards the city. The troops defending the city got in front of the walls and once the rallies arrived, they started charging towards the defending forces. Despite being able to deflect most of the rallies, each of them was chipping away quite some of the defending forces f so it was up to the team to quickly heal them and send reinforcements as quickly as possible to defend against the relentlessly incoming attacks.

The rallies were well timed, and they even managed to drop the remaining troops to as low as 2 million troops, but ImperialRock is one of the strongest warriors on the Westeros and ultimately after tens of minutes of rallies and constant reinforcing, the City of Glory fell into House Lannisters's hands and that sealed the fate of this round with a few minutes left to fight.

Once again, a very hard but very well fought round for the team but then all the rounds are like that in that bracket. This win got even better news for LadyKnight as she managed to reach the Glory King rank with it and managed to earn extra rewards.

Will the team be able to keep winning and keep the rank they fought so much to get? Time will tell. See you all on the battlefield!
