Greeting fellows! Paradox is back with another story. During the last hunt, Paradox had lost a huge chunk of his troops, so he stopped hunting for a few days to train the troops lost from the hunt. AOH season's last match was on the roll, so Paradox decided to participate in it.
Paradox joined it for two reasons; one was the same killing urge, but the second was a more logical one. Because Paradox could get Battle Diamonds from the shop. But to get them, he needed to score high in elimination in the match, which would get him the glory coins needed to buy the red diamonds. Paradox joined his old team. He saw a new face on his team. He was a spear player. Paradox didn't know that this spear player would get them the lost treasure in this AOH match. Before the match started, Paradox decided to scout the enemy house so he could make a suitable strategy with his team. He didn't know that spear player, but was only hoping that he would not be like other AFK players out there.
🔥Houses:
The first house that Paradox scouted was House Stark.
House Stark:
This house was far in the north of the kingdom and was famous for surviving near-death battles and was known for its undying willpower, which made them fight until the last second of the match. They would die rather than retreat. This made them very strong opponents. But the real problem arose after Paradox saw its players'troops type. Everyone was a bow player. When Paradox saw that, his heart sank; he immediately said to everyone in the glory chat Whatever you do. Don't let them capture GC, or forget about penetrating GC's defence.

🔥House Lanister:
After Stark, the second house that made its appearance was House Lanister, the house known for its hideous tactics to get what they want from their enemies. But when Paradox saw its players. The despair injected by the Starks vanished in an instant. It was a good thing that Paradox's house only needed to keep an eye on the Starks and score elims from the Lanisters.

🔥House Targaryen:
Finally, it's time for Paradox's house, the house known for its mighty dragons. Paradox set foot on the map with the hope of scoring high elims, but when he saw that other houses were quite strong. It made him very nervous. He knew that the only thing that would help him win this match for his first rank was just teamwork.

🔥Match Begin:
When the timer hit zero, everyone rushed toward the camp to flip them; that way, they could get an early advantage in points. Paradox's team leader saw that the towers were cavalry and needed to counter them. He built spear camps, which would help them capture towers and catapults easily.
But when Paradox saw the buildings of other houses, they were building unusual camps; the Starks had constructed Bow camps, and the Lannisters had mixed camps including trading posts and spear and inf camps. When Paradox saw that, he knew that both houses wouldn't be able to capture Towers and Catapults. They were trying to capture nearby clan houses to get points from them.
When Paradox was busy scouting, the bubble on altars fell, and it was time for Paradox to get back to his altar-capturing duty. First, to know the strength of Starks, he attacked one of their altars to see if they could kick them out of GC; in the worst-case scenario, they took the GC from them.
When Paradox's military clashed with the altar, the report was very bad because even though Paradox lost, he was able to assess the situation; he deduced that Starks had great synergy among them and they were very good at reinforcing the building taken by them.

The opponent's formation was able to deal great damage to Paradox, so instead of blindly losing troops and giving Starks elims. Paradox decided to increase their stats from the Lannister house. This way, they would be able to keep the scales balanced and not lose the battle due to stats.
Paradox attacked one of the Lannisters ' altars to capture it. When his army reached it, he received a surprise because just when Paradox's military was about to hit the altar, a player from the Stark house captured the building. Paradox's army hit his troops in the defence. They thought, like last time, Paradox wouldn't be able to kick them out, but they forgot one thing: to reinforce the altar. When Paradox hit the altar, his bleed synergy knocked Taco Tuesday from the altar.

When Paradox captured the Father altar, he immediately asked for reinforcement and said that they should also capture hanging Altars from Mirrior clan houses, and they were performing very great. They listened to him and sent reinforcements immediately. When the reinforcements arrived. Paradox was bombarded with solo attacks from Lannisters in the hope they would capture the altar, but they failed to capture the altar as it was teeming with troops from the reinforcements. Paradox won all solo attacks from the Lannisters and captured the altar easily. Starks were very active in capturing the altars. Paradox decided to stop their advance.

Paradox was very happy when he saw the reports; he told everyone to capture the Starks' altars to reduce their stats, as the GC's bubble was going to fall in 4 minutes. Everyone started taking altars from all the houses to increase their stats, and Paradox started attacking dragonpits to increase the number of dragons in their GC rally and to increase the point yield. Dragonpits were important for GC defence and offence.
At last, GC's bubble went down, and Paradox quickly started the rally; everyone joined it, and Paradox launched it quickly before any other house could. A good thing happened, and Paradox was able to capture GC. Now it was time to defend it from Starks; everyone reinforced it, but it was his miscalculation. Shacka from Starks rallied the GC and kicked Paradox out of the GC. When that happened, everything went to smoke as Paradox couldn't get the GC back from the bow players.

When Paradox was sure that he would not be able to take the GC, he shifted his focus toward mineshafts to maintain the top rank, because Starks were busy defending the city with all their troops. Targaryen house was able to capture almost all shafts and empitied it. Paradox was busy attacking other players for elims. The new player Dejay attacked the city with his spears and was able to capture it despite facing huge losses. When everyone saw that the timer was only left with 8 minutes, they needed to defend the building once and capture it. Other houses wouldn't be able to occupy it due to time. We were finally able to capture GC after all the rallies from Shacka.

🔥Conclusion:
Paradox learned from this match that if someone new joins the team, they should let all members know about their strength so the strategist can produce a suitable strategy to tackle other houses. If Paradox had known that Dejay was a strong spear account. He would have placed him in the city from the start. That way, they wouldn't have relied on luck. The other problem was that almost no one had brought spears with them. If they had even the slightest hint about Dejay, they would have brought a spear as a reinforcement for him. It would have made the capture of GC easy.
I hope you like this story. See you all next time.
