Today was finally the moment for him to fight! A tough challenge was what he had to face alongside his trusted allies of Westeros, among whom Adam1 and VICAA, as they headed to the battlefield of Champion City Siege!

“Let’s join AfV,” suggested VICAA. She wanted to adopt a safer approach: going on the offensive against rivals like these would be a hard task for a small group like theirs and within AfV’s ranks there were several wxd members. It was the right decision suggested by the fighter, which received approval from her companions.

“Reaching the required eliminations to obtain the 60 battle diamonds will surely be easier this way, let’s go,” added Vlodek, also knowing how important reinforcements were for the group if they wanted to maintain control of the city.

The feared clash was about to begin.

The tension among those present was high. Even though there were two clearly stronger and more populated groups, many other factions surrounded the area, each of them aiming to reach their own goals. The battle was expected to be long and very hard for anyone who wanted to secure a place on the final leaderboard podium. A constant wind blew over the fighters and the battlefield, raising a large amount of dust that obscured visibility toward the horizon, adding an extra difficulty.

When the X hour finally arrived, the one who quickly took control of the city was… the member of AfV, Banana!

The fighter was among the candidates of his group to control the objective in search of the first place in the final ranking, but to do so he would have to face bloodthirsty rivals aiming for the same goal.

The members of his group quickly sent troops in support; his Bleeding-Inf was of the highest level, but resisting the offensive of the rally leaders of HD! would require a lot of effort.

When the first attacks began to arrive, the situation became immediately clear to everyone: it would not be an easy match for AfV! The attacks hit hard and the number of fallen troops was significant, but Vlodek and his allies were ready to assist with all the troops needed.

The time in control of the city was starting to become significant, several minutes were gained by the fighter who managed to keep a firm grip on the city despite the intense attacks from members like Phantom79, who put him under heavy pressure with her Female-Cav formation that perfectly countered the opponent’s one.

“We are holding on, keep going!” shouted the group leader to motivate his allies to send as many troops as possible. As time passed, they started to decrease, until…

Rallies arrived with terrifying timing, giving no chance to the defender of the city, who was pushed back by the final siege carried out by… GeorgeBylis!

“This is not good,” said Vlodek, who knew the strength of the rival who managed to take the objective away. Regaining it would be a very hard mission for them.

The timing in the first 8 seconds with which the members of HD! reinforced their ally gave no chance to single attacks trying to catch him off guard. If they wanted to overpower him, they would definitely need to rely on rallies.

When they were organized and launched by the best fighters of AfV, they hit GeorgeBylis's defenses hard, and unexpectedly the last raid led by Banana was a success, with Banana controlling the castle again!

Dozens of minutes passed relentlessly, and the attempts made became multiple. The waves of assaults were nonstop, both fromGeorgeBylis's and his HD! companions, and from the rest of the fighters present in the different factions. But the troops gathered under the banner of AfV were showing great dedication in reinforcing their ally in control!

The first fighters started leaving the battlefield after completing their goals, while the gap in city control time between Banana and GeorgeBylis's was becoming wider and wider for the first place. After a first phase completely controlled by the second, the capture by the first and the defense of the objective allowed them to secure first place, which was now one step away.

And the point of no return inevitably arrived: Banana secured first place in today’s match, and the intention for the final minutes was to perform a swap with an ally so that he could obtain third place in the match. When the attempt came…

It was intercepted quickly by Jason168!

Waiting for this moment, the AfV member showed incredible speed that could secure him third place in the final ranking!

“Let’s reinforce our ally!” said Banana to the remaining companions, including WxD members who, despite having already secured the 60 battle diamonds, wanted to contribute to the group’s results.

The rival ranking therefore read: in first place BANANA thanks to a more organized faction willing to support their ally in achieving this goal. Followed by GeorgeBylis's who had to settle for second place thanks to an excellent job in the early phase of the match. In third place was Jason168, who thanks to the interception of the swap with great skill managed to secure the final podium spot!

Even the WxD group, on their way back to home, returned with full pockets and their personal objectives achieved. Having obtained 1.5m eliminations granted them the precious 60 Battle Diamonds that would help them improve their equipment for future matches!

“It was an exciting day after all,” said Vlodek during the walk to his companions. Seeing fighters of this caliber in action was always fascinating and a chance to learn different combat techniques that would surely be useful in the near future.

“I agree, we got our rewards without too much effort, it was a good result for us,” concluded Adam.
