The long-awaited reunion - Arena of Honor Season 5 Round 11

After being forced to do 2 rounds in a row in the solo queue, round that ended well for her with 2 wins, [N0X]LadyKnight finally managed to get a spot back in the Fantastic 10 team. Great news for her as despite the solo queue going well, playing with a team is much better, but joining the team also means playing at a higher level than the usual solo que. With that in mind she prepared as good as she possibly could, asking blacksmiths to forge as many valyrian steel weapons as possible for her troops, equipping commanders with new weapons and also getting a few more skills for her dragons. While preparing the time flew by quickly and it was already Sunday morning, at the end of July and time for her to head to the Arena of Honor battlefield. Upon arriving there she signed the pre-registering papers and xKikix, the team captain registered the team.

Once the team was registered, everyone waited for the matchmaking to be done and since that only takes a few minutes it didn't take long for the battlefield gates to open and teams to start entering to see for whom and against whom they'll fight. The fantastic 10 team was chosen by Daenerys to fight for the Targaryen's this time and as soon as the choices were made the team headed towards the Targaryen's Clan Castle int he South-West forests of the battlefield and once they arrived there everyone set camps around the clan castle and prepared for battle. In the few minutes left till the start of battle, LadyKnight decided to send a few scouts and see what the other houses are up to.

The reports were showing what LadyKnight expected, both the Starks and the Lannister's invited strong teams to fight for them but from all one of them was standing out as the main enemy on this round, House Stark that invited a RoD/FDH team to fight for them, but none of the others could be ignored as both had strong warriors into their roster. The fight started quickly after with the opening of the first set of strongholds and everyone in the team sent their forces to occupy and level up the building as quickly as possible in order to start the points generation. Once the occupying time was done the constructors stepped in and waited for instructions on what to build.

xKikix as the team commander immediately gave the orders to construct spearmen camps and the construction workers executed the orders flawlessly. The constructions were done just in time as it was time for altars to open to attacks and the real battle started. The first battles always take place between the strongest warriors on the battlefield and LadyKnight couldn't do much for now but to reinforce when asked and she did that flawlessly. But she knew that her time to solo will come and it didn't take long till the targets that she could maybe solo started to appear on scouts.

While some of the attacks ended up with flawless victories some of them ended up in crushing defeats as LadyKnight started hitting targets without scouting first. While she had ups and downs, the stronger warriors on her team managed to secure more and more of the altars and good that they did as the middle of battle was quickly approaching and it was time for the City of Glory to open for attacks and the team needed 'it quite badly to secure the win.

As always, ImperialRock took the challenge of safekeeping the City of Glory and everyone in the team quickly reinforced and braced for impact. The other houses didn't want to just surrender the win like that, and they gave their strongest warriors the task to retake the city in their name. Rallies were started from both the Starks and the Lannister's, and it didn't take long for them to start marching towards the City of Glory. ImperialRock set his best commanders in front of troops and waited for the enemy rallies to arrive. There were millions of troops guarding the city but the rallies coming had the same numbers if not more. The armies started clashing and there were so many troops falling on both sides, so many that the snow around the city quickly turned red and the team members reinforced continuously and flawlessly but despite that the city almost fell a few times.

It was once again ImperialRock's strength that prevailed over the superior numbers of rallies sent by the other 2 houses and after battles that lasted tens of minutes, the team managed to secure the City of Glory and with it, the win in this round.

The return of LadyKnight to the team ended up with a success and now with just 4 rounds remaining from this season of Arena of Honor, she's keeping high chances of ending up to top 100 maybe even top 50 if things go well and the team will keep winning. But when it comes to the last rounds of the season, things are always getting harder as top teams try to snipe other top teams and stop them from getting higher in the rankings. Will LadyKnight and the Fantastic 10 team prevail in this challenge or there will be teams that will stop them? Time will tell. See you all on the battlefield!
