KvK k300 vs k341 - Side by side

Kingdom versus Kingdom was one of the most favorite events of FreeThePlebs. In this event two kingdoms with similar power are meeting each other, to fight or gather. There was a way for everyone to help the kingdom, for farmers and fighters to make their points for the desired victory.

FreeThePlebs was currently conquering the Seven Kingdoms with her partner THE KJ BOOM, they were travelling through the kingdoms together, supporting eachother and growing and upgrading their battle skills and mechanics to work together in a battle.

For this KvK they decided to jump to k300, home kingdom of GEA. They didn’t know what to expect, they didn’t know how GEA will react. Will they bubble, or they will fight back. Will they participate in KvK as their enemy? Too many unknown questions, but FreeThePlebs was sure, that she and KJ as a team can face all the opportunities in front of them.

They joined an alt alliance to can be fighting and supporting in one team and jumped right before the kingdoms were getting locked and the matchmaking started. Without a plan, just ready for fight.

The matchmaking got them matched with k341, the home of GEU and one more smaller alliance. The kingdom seemed way more populated than k300, which means, more people to can gain points. It was promising to be intensive event.

FreeThePlebs started looking at GEU members, she spotted few strong ones, but what was frightening her was a cavalry player Equus Nox. Last time when she took a rally form cavalry player ended with big loss for her. She was still unsure in her strength, and the enemy player was looking very strong. They had to be very careful when getting in fervor, or fighting, to not get caught with a rally, because KvK was from the dangerous ones, there where all the battles were real and all the lost soldiers will stay dead, so there was no place for mistakes. Everything had to be planned and precisely done, without any unneeded risks. Because both FreeThePlebs and KJ BOOM were in the middle of AC season, so losing the army will lead to more issues about participation there.

Everything was leading to thoughts that they might just stay gathering, but the rebel soul of FreeThePlebs couldn’t take this as an option, and KJ was happy to follow,  so they started observing and building a strategy about their play.

The battle phase began, they were waiting the enemy to take the first step, to see how many fighters will show, as the both kingdoms were completely unknown for them, and you never know who will show up against. On k300, GEA started gathering, no fighters showed from their side, but from k341Equus Nox and Meto1 were wandering through the battlefield. So the plan to be cautious stayed!

K341 was leading with points, because a player from k300 lost his bubble in the worst possible moment and he gave a huge amount of points to the enemy.

FreeThePlebs and KJ were not enough, as only two of them to fight with such strong cavalry player, as they both were infantry, and the counter rally would deal great damage if not careful. So they decided to play safe as most as possible, and take Kings Landing with Lord and reinforcements with alts. KJ BOOM emptied his castle, no army was left there, as without his lord they were weak, and soloable. On the other side, FReeThePlebs send her army to reinforce and left with her army and lord inside. The 15 minutes of fervor were passing very slow in her head. Her thoughts were running chaotically. What if they get spotted before the fervor runs, will she survive a solo hit from strong cavalry, will they make a rally?

She was ready to recall her troops and run, but this would put KJ in danger, so she was hoping that they won’t get noticed till the fervor is gone. After that they could save themselves easy and bubble.

Fervor passed, then more minutes which turned into hours. FreeThePlebs and KJ started to get tired watching the fields for possible attack, they needed to stay in the Kings Landing to try to rank high and get good rewards, also maybe bring victory to the kingdom, as how it seemed k300 wasn’t very bothered to participate.

The long waiting reinforcing KL made the soldiers impatient and not cautious. And in this moment, an enemy army rushed to attack Kings Landing. Equus Nox was attacking. The soldiers were very faster, and they attacked from an ambush. The defending troops were caught unprepared. War horns echoed in the air, the generals were calling for a fight. They had to defend the city, there was no option to recall and retreat.

In the fields in front of KL numerous army of horse riders were approaching fast. The ground was shaking under the march of the horses. The air filled with  preasure and loud orders . The infantry defenders got in straight rows, pulled their swords and prepared their shields. Both armies crashed in a fight. The cavalry riders smashed the first rows of infantry defenders, without a hesitation. The ground covered with dead bodies and fallen swords which were shining under the scorching sun. The generals, seeing how the enemy is going through their armies, called for new strategy. The defenders got closer to eachother, rising their swords and putting their shields close protecting their bodies, creating an unbeatable wall of sharp weapons. The horses ran into this wall. The swords were punching them from below made them crash into the ground smashing some of the defenders. But this strategy worked, the wall of shields could beat the enemy, and once they supremacy, they defeated the rest of the attackers army. The enemy lord was captured.

Leaving the strongest cavalry player without his lord was great victory for FreeThePlebs and KJ BOOM. His strong commanders and her loyal reinforcement made them very strong. Working as a team, like one, they were able to defeat the enemy even if he was countering their army. After this attack, the kingdoms went again quiet, only the gatherers continued their mission.

FreeThePlebs was excited, their plan with KJ worked, they were strong together and polishing their fighting strategy more and more after each battle they had together as a team. This victory proved it.

The KvK ended with defeat for k300, but the experience they got with this battle remained priceless! Next time they will be better! As one team! Side by side!
