Alliance Conquest Season 23 Round 4

The fourth round for the 23rd season of Alliance Conquest was about to start. During this tournament, two teams battle each other. Each minute that a building is captured by one of the teams gives them specific points. Also, capture of some particular buildings provides bonuses to their stats. The team which has the highest score after the battle wins the war and increases the ranking of the team within the league.

After everything was reviewed one last time, the registration process was completed. It would soon be determined which team the PHX alliance would be matched with in the super league, and Sultan was as excited as everyone else.

The timer reached zero. The PHX team was matched against the NOS team. The NOS team had competed in the Super League the previous season and had proven themselves to be a very strong and well-organized team. A drop of sweat fell from SULTAN's forehead to the ground; when he saw the NOS team, he realized that the battle awaiting them would be extremely difficult and bloody.

The PHX management team gathered to review all tactics and reached a decision. The unit commanders who would capture the fortresses were designated, and they once again reminded the entire PHX team that the battle ahead would be extremely challenging. It was emphasized that they must swiftly dispatch reinforcements to each captured fortress and assign the right soldiers to the task.

With the countdown to zero, the fight began. PHX had 55 players in the fight, while NOS had 86 players in their group for this fight. PHX's group consisted of 31 less players than NOS. When the Sultan saw this gap, he could not believe his eyes since there were too many players from his own side who had not taken part in this fight, leading to a big problem.

Following the start of the battle, the PHX team captured the Lannister outpost, while the NOS team captured the Mother Temple, Warrior's Tower, and Targaryen Outpost, after which the fortresses entered a period of protection for a few minutes.

Since the very first moments of the battle, the PHX team was not able to conquer the desired forts; hence they had problems regarding their morale. While the Sultan himself shared the same feeling with them, he was convinced that they still had a long war to fight and they were capable of changing their situation.

In the ongoing war, the PHX team captured the Targaryen port after great effort, but lost the Warrior Tower and the Lannister outpost because the pressure on them was too great; massive rally attacks had greatly increased the troop cost.

The NOS team swiftly launched one after another attacks on Casterly Rock, whose protection period had expired, and captured it without difficulty. At this moment, all eyes were on the PHX team because they had failed to reinforce Casterly Rock with enough troops; the reason for this was the depletion of resources necessary to heal the soldiers wounded in battle.

Just when everything seemed over in the war, Killer Marta appeared on the scene, reviving the PHX team spirit with her rallying attack, captured the Lannister port, and enabled her team to return to the battlefield.

After regaining their strength following the recent events, the PHX team mobilized to retake the Warrior Tower, launching massive rallies and ultimately succeeding in capturing it once more through bloody assaults.

The drums of war were beating; the PHX team, putting everything on the line, seemed utterly determined to advance fearlessly towards their next target, the mother's temple.

The Sultan, observing everything unfolding, once again felt proud of his team.

The PHX team launched rally attacks to capture the mother's temple, and the ensuing battles with the enemy were very bloody. When the final rally attack reached the mother's temple, they eliminated the remaining enemy units and successfully captured the mother's temple.

The war was in its final stages and the mines were about to be opened; the PHX team, as if they had declared a state of emergency, seemed utterly determined to continue the fight fearlessly against a much larger force.

As soon as the mines opened, the PHX team launched two quick attacks, managing to capture two mines before the NOS team and successfully defending them until the very end of the battle, but the points gained from the mines were insufficient to close the large score gap.

When the timer reached zero, the battle ended. The NOS team won the battle with 101,180 points, while the PHX team lost with 43,030 points.

Following the end of the battle, SULTAN reviewed everything that happened and came to the following conclusions: Sometimes battles are lost without a fight, but even though today's battle was lost after a great struggle, the PHX teammates once again demonstrated true team spirit, fighting until the very end against a much larger team, earning all the praise.
