The drums and horns sounded once more, shattering the silence of the space. A signal of an impending battle. A fascinating annual event on the ancient continent of Westeros – the Alliance Conquest. The strong crush each other in conflict, the weak hide in their bunkers, awaiting something they cannot contend with. We have the A League, the B League, but the Super League is the tournament that brings together the most brutal clashes between alliances.

ALLIES: FRL

Unity is the crucial element that creates a strong alliance, followed by discipline and the smooth coordination of a talented leader. FRL possesses all of these, but what they lack is strength and a large enough force to dominate matches and achieve glorious victories. Their recent matches have clearly demonstrated their strengths and weaknesses. Despite wins and losses, this could be their worst season yet: shortcomings in key positions, fundamental individual mistakes.

(THu) TheHuns

The match against (THu) was quite simple and almost boring due to FRL's overwhelming numbers, 66 warriors, many times more than their opponent. It was a one-sided match and nothing remarkable for a tournament of this caliber. I held the Tower of the Warrior throughout the entire match and it was practically impenetrable. There were almost no attacks from (THu) at this location.

Most of us knew beforehand that this would be an easy win, which is why the management decided to set the difficulty to the highest level (5 stars). The result was exactly as we expected, reaching the 80k point milestone. The battlefield tests were conducted. Because it was an easy match, nobody could be certain of anything.

(N2D) Not2day

In contrast to (THu), (N2D) delivered an outstanding performance in the final match of the group stage. In the past, they were defeated by us – FRL, in a very exciting and intense match. But this time was different; (N2D) performed even better, I have to admit. I was quite surprised by their playstyle, a new approach that neutralized us. I will certainly never forget this match.

The game itself wasn't much different between the old and current matches; the number of players didn't change much. However, one of FRL's solid pillars – WinterDawn – was absent, and I think that's one of the reasons (N2D) reversed the advantage. Regardless, no individual can be blamed because Alliance Conquest is a team competition, and the efforts and contributions of each person are what create a satisfying result. In this battle, FRL brilliantly captured three-quarters of the first objectives: Temple of Mother, Targaryen Outpost, and Tower of the Warrior. I (LvXinh) took charge of the Tower of the Warrior, and knowing its crucial role, I quickly seized it. As the protective bubbles gradually faded, (N2D) began the real battle, with successive waves of attacks launching. The Outpost and Temple of Mother were quickly taken down, but the Tower of the Warrior, which I defended, showed the strongest resilience. In terms of strength and experience, I admit I'm not as strong as the other defenders, but I held out through 20 waves of attacks before losing the position.

The turning point.

As you can see, (FRL) had a numerical advantage over their opponent, but their quality was somewhat inferior, and even their initial advantage has now been lost. After failing in the opening positions, the advantage shifted decisively to (N2D). All attention was focused on concentrated attacks on crucial points to rebuild the game, but after successes came immediate defeat because (N2D) was too strong and fast.

The scores weren't too different, around 5k or less. But superiority on the battlefield was a strength that FRL couldn't possibly match N2D. The decisive moment in this tension was when the mines opened. Both teams did well in securing a mine for their team, but I made a very basic mistake – typing troop, which caused FRL to lose the mine immediately afterward. Despite trying to atone for my mistake and being determined to fix it, time didn't allow me to do so. It's truly regrettable.

Result

Last time, FRL won by a relatively good margin, and all their efforts were well deserved. But victory doesn't last forever, and this time they lost by the same margin they had overcome. A sad moment for all the members.

The defeat against N2D was a wake-up call for FRL, shattering their illusions and false hopes of victory. For the past three years, FRL has consistently ranked in the top 100, even higher at 50 and 30. This season, however, has been extremely disappointing. This season has highlighted the weaknesses in our operations, and what we need to do now is patch them up with solid solutions, not makeshift ones.

The final round is underway, so get ready for some exciting matches. Don't forget to participate in the predictions and optimize your Feather.

LvXinh,

Valar Morghulis.
