After a month of waiting, Champion City Siege finally began, a new battlefield, new allies, and new enemies. One of the most exciting events for most people, and truly the most exciting for me. It is still the same location, Longreach, and the same time slot, along with the same familiar gameplay that I have followed throughout these events.

ENEMIES

My enemies? This time, they were not strong enough to defeat us, including: GJs, GEU, NTC, SFu, 1PT, etc. GJs and NTC were the most prominent among these alliances, they were superior and had victories when facing us. NTC left a significant impression on me, the rest are nothing to discuss in this battlefield.

ALLIES

Indispensable are the warlords who fought alongside me, 7R5, the most outstanding of whom is NIGHT TEK, who held the front line of the entire alliance. With his excellence, he overshadowed everyone else, preventing them from shining in any moment of the battle, such as IMMPICKLE, fsm, powerful and experienced warriors.

BATTLE

We are a neutral alliance, our goals are kill points, merit points, and tokens, we do not crave the throne, but the enemy can not take it from us. Or rather, they might get it, but they can not hold on for long. Right from the start, NIGHT TEK quickly captured Longreach Castle, and all 7R5 members rushed in reinforcements - so fast that I did not even have time to send my own reinforcements. Only when the enemy attacks became relentless and continuous, and gaps appeared in the ranks, could I squeeze into that position. It was truly a race against time among the 7R5 members, I expended a considerable amount of speed on it, and not all of that loss was in vain.

All attacks on Longreach Castle were crushed under the command of NIGHT TEK. When troop losses occurred, reinforcements were quickly replenished, maintaining a full 30/30 troop strength. This situation lasted for more than half the battle, until we lost Longreach Castle. Specifically, to NTC. They had a slight advantage in the match, but their most impressive achievement was being the first enemy to knock us out of Longreach Castle immediately after huiww0447's attack. There are no reports of this loss, all troops perished. The NTC's victory also owes much to the contributions of DerKobold and ThePate from 1PT, along with Winternig from GJs.

With nearly 30 minutes of holding Longreach Castle, NIGHT TEK is almost certainly the Champion Conqueror. This makes sense, considering the battle only lasted 60 minutes and he was almost halfway through. This is not the goal of a neutral alliance, but it is rather ironic that he's denying victory to all his opponents.

Following a period of panic and disorder, NIGHT TEK failed to retake Longreach Castle because we had plans to change the troop type from inf to cav. It seems not many members had cav or were interested in this troop type, so reinforcements were significantly delayed. fsm could not hold out, and NTC held Longreach Castle for a considerable amount of time. At this point, IMMPICKLE stepped up, using the same cav troop type as fsm, successfully retaking Longreach and receiving full reinforcements afterward. IMMPICKLE's hold lasted quite a while and ended when GJs successfully ejected him.

With only a little over 4 minutes left, GJs' capture of Longreach Castle was almost pointless. We did not need the Castle anymore, but we did not forget to launch a rally attack to earn some kill points, merit points, and tokens. The result was clear: victory for 7R5. I don't know how the other members felt, but I was quite satisfied with the outcome, only unlucky a couple of times when I could not join the battle formation, which reduced my chances of scoring points.

RESULTS

In summary, when the battle ended, the rankings of the indicators were clearly listed. 7R5 with NIGHT TEK and ImaPickle ranked first and third with times of 27m20s and 6m54s respectively, (GJs) Winternig and (GJs) Xenia Borino ranked second and fifth, and (NTC) huiww0447 ranked fourth. The ranking in terms of the number of tokens mostly belonged to GJs, with 4 out of 5 in the top 5 being them.

A battle is truly exciting when we achieve our goals and surpass expectations. This battle was like that, while not perfect for me personally, it did not disappoint either. Fighting alongside people with a common goal made me feel satisfied, although there was some jostling for positions in the battle lol, and I did not get as many tokens as I hoped, but that wasn't my main objective anyway. Now it's time to prepare for a new battle, one that promises many surprises, and I can not stop thinking about it. Get ready, neutral warriors, let's join forces once again and create an amazing battle.

LvXinh,

Valar Morghulis.
