WxD vs TFI

Time has come…The most favorite Game of Thrones event is time to begin. As I am checking the calendar I saw that not many days left until Alliance Conquest registration is not so far.

All the alliances had started the preparations for AC.

It was time for us to do the same.We asked all our players to give us feedback from their progression on their accounts. We needed to choose who will be our Rally leaders, who will be the racers and who will be fillers. Type of troops, line up, dragon skills etc. Everything matters on Alliance Conquest especially when you are playing at Super League against strong alliances  and you want to qualify on Ultimate Conquest.

Usually me and Gwe are the one who are doing that job with the players but on AC i prefer to stay a support event manager and let the other council members do that. Uthe took over interviewing all players. Banana and bzzb are responsible to check who can be rally leader and give tips to strong players on how to become stronger.

Me and Gwe are doing all the other stuff, announcements, registration etc. especially Gwe. As for me, I was thinking this time to leave it to the ‘’big guys’’ to make all the decisions.

As I was checking the rankings after I registered, I was so curious who we would face at the 1st match. Not many alliances are playing in our prime time but it was hard to be sure since the rankings were changing every 10 minutes. I was so anxious until reset time…it was like minutes, seconds were passing by so slow.

Right after resetting, one of our players posted who will face, it was TFI.

An alliance we knew very well. Many familiar names showed on the members list. TFI had a recent merge with KAC , which made them stronger. But was it enough to win us?

We were very sure that it wasn't but no one can say for sure.

The plan was ready, instructions had been given, the only thing had left was the map to open.

As always the 1st match is a test for all alliances. For us it was. We needed to help our people to remember what needed to be done during the fight. Participation was equal since both alliances were playing in their prime time slot, 94 vs 92. The only thing that would be difficult at the beginning was the racing. After the update we need to wait until the bubble drops on the building and after to attack.

Usually I was racing this time. I said to try it again but I was not feeling so confident this time. Time will tell.

‘’Everyone, get ready. Racers be ready to send your marches, slow marches don't forget where you need to go. Good luck!!!’’ 

The voice of our shotcaller was calm, clear and strong with full of confidence. Then I couldn't understand why I was feeling so nervous…..

And match begin

We started to race on the first buildings.

We managed to occupy first both Outposts

We also took Mother but we had lost Warrior.

3 from 4 buildings wasn't bad as a start. As for me as a racer…Better not to say how bad i went. I said that I will not give up, I just need practice.

Keep your eyes on Warrior in case TFI does a swap.

Until our shotcaller say it TFI managed to do a successful swap on Warrior

Before the match the council members had communicated to each other. Since we were friends we had decided to make a deal. Split buildings so TFI had a chance to make some points and also both alliances to test rallies, racers, players etc.

That is why we disband Targaryen Outpost for opponents to take it and not to reinforce Mother so we can make some rallies.

We had managed to take back Warrior but no chance to make rallies cause people had started soloing it.

When bubbles drop on Mother all rally leaders get ready to start a rally. Do not solo!!!!

This time we had follow the plan. But i cant say the same for Ports. As we were sending the rallies the Ports had open. TFI had take Targaryen Port according to the plan but from our side no one race. On the alliance chat people start writing’

’ Port!!!!! We forgot the Port!!!!’’

We all start laughing,our goofy time is back. Of course if you think about it wasn't so funny if we were facing a different opponent.

We needed to be more focus and careful if we wanted to improve for the next match.

At the same time TFI was doing the same tests as we did on Mother.

It was time for CR to open. Both teams' racers were ready to run.

In this race we were the winners.

Good job guys!!!!!

Noooooo!!!!!

We forgot!!!

Again?

Even our shotcaller laughed this time.

Guys, you allow yourself to make that kind of mistake in this match but I will accept it in the next match. 

Of course, since we didn't make the change, TFI had the opportunity to make rallies and occupy it. But it was fine because we will try again with our rally leaders.

As for our racers, they had become better as time was passing by. Hoping will be fast in the next matches too.

Both Strongholds were ours.

Having CR too, the only thing left was to wait for mines.

Good opportunity for everyone to relax and make some funny teasing on voice. It is the moment I love the most at those kinds of events. When we are so relaxed and we can spend time with our friends/teammates. 

Also texting to my friends on the other team emoji on the game and spamming them with small attacks.

Time passed by fast until the mines had opened. Each team managed to take one mine.

One last chance for both teams to make the last tests and to check were they having issues on their performance.

It was the last 10 minutes and we announced to our people to disband all buildings on the map so our friends, TFI to take some more points.

As an alliance, we had a very good opportunity to check our strength but also where we have shortcomings.

As for me. Was very satisfied for the matchmaking. I am always happy to play with friends even as opponents.

I can't think a better start for the new season!!!!!!!!!

Wishing to my friends, Good Luck on this Season.Hoping to see them again on the Ultimate Conquest!!!!

But until then we have many fights to deal.
