Rise to Glory - Arena of Honor Season 5 Round 7

As Westeros is quickly heading towards Easter and everyone is going for egg hunting, the Arena of Honor Season 5 is quickly heading towards middle season with the round 7 being on sight. Getting to the middle of season, [N0X] LadyKnight is sitting quite comfortable on the top 100 in glory rankings, but her goal is to win every round left of the season and maybe end up higher in the rankings, maybe even top 30. With that in mind, LadyKnight prepared as good as she possibly could in the 2 weeks between the rounds and since it was already Sunday early morning it was time for her to head towards the Arena of Honor battlefield to meet with the team. Once she arrived there, she signed the required papers and once the team got registered, they all went to tavern to get a beverage and wait for the Old Gods to finish their matchmaking.

The battlefield doors opened quickly after and the house representatives got out to pick their teams, and seeing how good the team performs and having the first draft on this round made things easy for Cersei Lannister as she picked the Fantastic 10 team to fight on her side this team. Once the Starks and Targaryen's picked their teams everyone stepped inside and headed towards their clan castle, with the Fantastic 10 team heading towards the south-weastt forests of the battlefield where the Lannister's Clan Castle is located, and once they arrived there, everyone set their camps, and last-minute strategies were made. LadyKnight also sent some spies across the battlefield to see what the other houses are up to.

Team Presentation

Once the spies got news back, it was looking like the team was on a stacked battlefield, but that was expected when winning so many rounds. The Starks and Targaryen's got warriors like [GuR]CRUISER, [GuR]Dra999, BlazeEmperor, Quinryss and many others so the round was announcing to be a very disputed once again. However, time for strategies was over as the horn announcing the start of the battle was heard on the battlefield and the strongholds opened for attacks.

Military Camps

Once the 2 minutes occupation passed, it was time for the construction and as always Tominy choose to go with military camps, this time infantry camps to counter the watch towers and catapults NPCs. The rest of the warriors quickly sent their construction workers and in no time the military camps were fully constructed, and they started sending troops to reinforce the clan castle and attack the other houses and within minutes they managed to take the House Baratheon's Clan Castle. With 2 Clan Castles on their name, it was now time for the team to focus on the altars as they started opening and having some of them is vital for the future of the battle. On such a stacked battlefield LadyKnight decided to mostly focus on reinforcing her team's stronger warriors as the attacks coming from the Starks and Targaryen's were ruthless.

Beside reinforcing the other members of the team, LadyKnight also decided to go on a few solo adventures over the battlefield and challenge the other warriors to fight, and while some of the attacks ended up with a lot of loses for her as it was expected, she managed to save some of the altars from enemy hands.

With some of the important altars secured it was time for the team to head their attention towards the center of the battlefield where City of Glory, the most important building, was about to open for attacks.

City of Glory

ImperialRock's took the lead on the city as his impressive cavalry force charged towards the neutral NPCs guarding the city and left no survivors and then everyone in the team reinforced and prepared for the upcoming attacks. Despite only having 2 real enemies, both teams were packed and they quickly sent their strongest warriors to rally the city and claim 'it in their names. BlazeEmperor and Quinryss, Dra999 and CRUISER, all made rallies and in a matter of seconds they were already marching towards the city. The troops defending the city got in front of the walls and once the rallies arrived, they started charging towards the defending forces. Despite being able to deflect most of the rallies, each of them was chipping away quite some of the defending forces f so it was up to the team to quickly heal them and send reinforcements as quickly as possible to defend against the relentlessly incoming attacks. The rallies were well timed, and they even managed to drop the remaining troops to as low as 2 million troops, but ImperialRock is one of the strongest warriors on the Westeros and ultimately after tens of minutes of rallies and constant reinforcing, the City of Glory fell into House Lannisters's hands and that sealed the fate of this round with a few minutes left to fight.

That concluded another round excelently fought by the Fantastic 10 team and they got rewarded with 48 fame points for their efforts. That helped all the members climb the Glory Ranks and they slowly but surely getting closer and closer of top 30. Will they be able to keep winning and get even higher on ranks, maybe even top 10?
