demonic wartime changes

server , legendary 1501 , ua 306 , demonic war , i choose 21:00 when i try to join, it's been changed to 16:30 , this is very frustrating, especially during a tycoon event, and this has happened several times now. it's no wonder so many people have quit the game, and many others have said that they have stopped recharging as well.sometimes i feel like quitting the game also , but i will say that i will not recharge as long as i can not play demonic war .there is no way to make up for the gold lost in demonic war . thank you
