Broken

Can someone fix my character-s806 zorgoth he jumps backwards sideways and his angels are hanging in the air-i keep my cache clean i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it is still happening.this costs me exp affiliation and alot of headaches,i have made ticketts on it to no avail.please a little help here.
