Gabrielle's Gift Gold Rebate

The promised rebate has not materialized and the game will not let me submit a ticket. How am I supposed to get my gold rebate from gold spent playing Gabrielle's Gift? Others have received emails with the promised gold. I have not. Tried posting a ticket under every conceivable category. The ticket would not post.
