🏥 Uncle you will eventually gain the part you deserve, but not by faking the will 🏥

📕Story Background
Detective Josenmura noticed that his usually sharp assistant, Ishihara, had been distracted for days. When pressed, Ishihara finally confided the reason: his girlfriend was entangled in a family dispute over her late father's inheritance.
Her father had been hospitalized following a traffic accident and sadly passed away last week. On the night of the funeral, his brother—her uncle—presented a will supposedly written two days before the father’s death.
Beginning of the will read:
"During my life, I was cared for deeply by my elder brother. As a token of gratitude, I bequeath half of my assets to him. I fear my children may object, so I hereby declare this as my final will."
The rest of the document contained lengthy details. Her uncle claimed that her father had written the whole will while bedridden, lying flat on his back, using a ballpoint pen, and that no one else had been present. The writing was jagged, like worms wriggling across the page—allegedly due to the injury and awkward position in which it was written. This distorted script made it impossible to compare with his usual handwriting, making it difficult to determine authenticity.
Josenmura listened quietly, then took a ballpoint pen from his desk, held it in his right hand, and placed a sheet of paper above him. While lying back in his chair, he attempted to write as someone bedridden would.
Then he thought for a bit and shouted:
“Idiot! That will is a fake! Tell your girlfriend she has nothing to fear!”
Why did Detective Josenmura say the will is a fake one? What would be the most crucial and possible clue to the conclusion?
(This story is absolutely fictional. Any inconsistencies with common sense work for the plot)
🔍Known Clues
- The will was claimed to be written while lying flat on the back using a ballpoint pen.
- The document was written without any witnesses other than his brother.

Correct Answer: A Spice Wholesaler
The chef and Harry were meeting at the spice wholesaler.
Although the chef went out every day to purchase ingredients, there was absolutely no need for him to buy spices daily. And even if he did need spices frequently, it would still make no sense to buy them from a wholesale store, which typically sells in large quantities to supply restaurants or institutions—not a small ship with only seven people on board. This unnecessary and excessive stop was the clue that exposed the secret rendezvous.
