This weekend I'm in luck with the CCS timing on my kingdom. I wake up just in time to catch all my guildies jumping over to the CCS shell. Looks like we’ll be filling for Rock and Grom today, and honestly, those are odds I’m willing to bet on.
I’m a bit late to the party. The alliance name mentioned on Discord isn’t the one we’re using, so I have to ping a friend and ask, “Where’s everybody going?” As soon as I hop over, I see Grom had Tempest Keep for a brief moment before ToK took it from us.

It’s time for that classic: “Fill my rally, guys! Quick!” And just a few minutes later, we get Rock sitting on the throne like it’s just another day at the office.

From this point on, I’m very curious to see what unfolds. There’s a slight vibe in the air... dare I even say it... fear? For those NBe rallies that look coordinated and might pose a threat. They’re landing almost simultaneously, and they’ve got some big names behind them.
Coordinated rallies? Big players? They might actually stand a chance, right?
Well... not really.😅

But to their credit, NBe doesn’t give up. A few rallies later, they manage to actually do some decent damage. Nothing critical, but they get a solid A for effort.😂
Honestly, at this point, the entire map would need to time their rallies to stand a real chance against Rock.

Every now and then, a random wave of rallies lines up and gets us dangerously low...

But we quicky get more people back in.
They can’t get back, re-rally, and speed it back faster than our bench can just speed in directly.
So, while their strategy is good, like, the best they can do... our reinforcements are simply faster.

From our side of the story, it turns into a healing game. And boy, are these heals expensive. Luckily, it’s just resources and you know... lucky for us these grow on trees and we can simply farm or gather them, right?😜Not to mention the "free" Revival Altar troops.👍

Everything is going pretty much according to plan, so to spice things up, Rock decides to disband the throne to some random attacker now and then. Just his way of making an otherwise boring game feel more engaging.
I’m not sure how BARBAROSsA ended up getting the crown that time, but I'm sure Rock can always take it back later.

And so he does. Now it makes sense. It was meant to be a swap, but instead of some random person, we got a strong account in there by mistake. Whoopsie!
After Rock's 20 minute reign, it’s safe to say he's got the win, so now it’s time to play around 2nd place.
That’s when we swap in Grom, and judging by how quickly the reinforcements flood in, it’s clear we brought a lot more spears to this party. Hehe.

Some people clearly didn’t notice we swapped to Spears... So they kept sending Cavalry to counter Rock’s Inf.
Big mistake.
That hit was an absolute massacre. I almost feel bad for their troops, but we get tokens for dead troops too, right?
So it's all good, more points in the end for everybody!🙌

But now that Grom's on the throne, the situation is starting to get spicy.
We’re getting slapped harder with each rally, and you can feel the tension building in Discord.
Calls for "send back in" come more often, and the "send faster"... it’s all getting more intense.

At one point, NBe actually comes close to stealing Tempest Keep from us. But like I mentioned before, while defending we’ve got the advantage here. Our bench can speed in troops faster than attackers can re-rally after an almost successful-but-ultimately-failed push.

Meanwhile, I reach the end of my Altar Energy. I went in with 7 million energy and it lasted me about half the match.
My takeaway from this? I really need to upgrade my Hospital Glory level a bit more.😔
Otherwise, how am I supposed to help my team if I’m already burned out halfway through?

And it looks like we’re all bleeding now. Tempest Keel falls, Rock has to grab it back.

And a few failed swaps later, Grom’s back on the throne.
At this point one thing's clear: Securing 2nd place isn’t going to be as easy as we thought.

Still, we land some amazing hits and rack up solid merit. Almost feels fun playing with the big boys, if you ignore the hundreds of millions of resources I’m burning...not to mention the healing speed-ups evaporating like water in Dorne.
But CCS isn’t about comfort, it's probably the biggest whale event in this entire game.

And we're still holding strong even against counter attacks. Slowly but surely Grom is getting his timer up.

But before we can count our 2nd place in the rankings the attacks seem to come in stronger and stronger.

And eventually we're bled out of Tempest Keep after a couple of solid hits by Barb.

Shame, now we have to put Rock back in.

I'm sure nobody saw that coming, if they kick Grom, we're only going to take it back with Rock and swap back to Grom.

As we're getting dangerously close to the end and Grom is neck and neck with ToK.
We just need to squeeze him in one more time and that's it both podium spots locked.

A few random/bad swaps later we seem to be creating more chaos than going in the right direction.

The good news? After nearly an hour of attacks that barely even tickled us in Tempest Keep, their motivation tanked faster than our Hospital Altar Energy.😂

Right at the end, Rock pulls off one last sneaky disband, probably just to tease everyone with a cheeky “GG EZ.”

But we got what we came here for, podium spots for both Rock and Grom. Good for them!
While I'm looking at the leaderboard I still dream of holding center in CCS someday. Yeah, keep dreaming, right? Probably never gonna happen unless I win the lottery or something.😝
At least I got my battle tokens. Funny thing... all game I was struggling to hit that 1.6 million threshold for the 60 Battle Diamonds. By the end, I was kinda bummed I hadn’t made it… until I realized I was actually sitting on 12 million, not 1.2 million. The massacre was so hard this time I didn’t even notice the spike. It finally hit me when I saw 60 Battle Diamonds and the crazy digits in the message.

On the not-so-bright side, this CCS landed right before our Lord of Lords ended. And if you’ve been following my stories, you know I’m a big fan of LoL and always put in a lot of effort to it. This time I was comfortably sitting in 3rd place and didn’t bother trying for 1st (Rock) or 2nd, but guess what I learned today? Kills in CCS also count toward Phase 6 – Lord of War.
So after this CCS, I got knocked off my own podium finish in Lord of Lords. Needless to say, looking at all my elimination points from CCS… maybe it was a good thing I was there. Otherwise, who knows how many spots I would’ve lost? 10? 20? Scarry to see such even synergy.

But on the truly bright side… I don’t think I’ve ever had this many tokens since I started playing the game, lol. Not sure how much this actually is for others, but for me... it’s a lot and I’m genuinely happy with this as my biggest win for the day😀

With CCS out of the way, it’s time to change focus to my priorities for the rest of the week. Since I came back during R2W, I reactivated a bunch of my farm accounts, hoping I’d be allowed back into N0X with my main alt as well. I needed pre-hitters to meet the RL requirements on two accounts.
My main can barely keep up, using Motivation items. But my alt definitely needs help from pre-hitters. Sadly, the alt didn’t make the cut for N0X. We’re sitting on a solid roster now, and there’s just no room for extra accounts. Still, I’m actively playing, or should I say struggling to play, 10+ accounts for those R2W daily points.
On the bright side, I managed to get the "Rare Exterior Selection Chest" on both my main and my alt. That’s a big win, especially for my alt, where I unlocked the "Kingdom Elite" marching animation for rebel leaders. Big help, works great, looks fancy too, great success!🙌
But let’s be real: actively running 10+ accounts is insanely time consuming. And since my alt isn’t in N0X, I’m considering dropping the extras. Next week, I’ll probably do a quick review of my farms and pre-hitters to see if there’s any easy progress to be made. Then put most of the them back to sleep and only keep... maybe the smallest 2 so they can also finish the research to hit RL 5s.
The good news? They still have 20+ days of bubble timer from R2W, so I can drop them without any worries. There's no risk of anyone killing their troops or farming them for RSS or level 60 lords before they vanish from the map. 😉
That being said, if you're still here and read this to the end, I wish you a great week ahead. Take care and see you out there on the fields of Westeros!
