The mayoral buff provides an additional 3%. Utilizing all healing speed cities can cut down healing time by approximately nine hours for over 77,000 troops in one session.

• For training, the cities Orthosia, Erebos, Thallo, Aramazd, Girtablulu, Sachluph, Phthinophoron, Egeria, Gaviel, and Pherusa each offer a 5% Troops Training Speed increase, totaling 50%. Additional buffs include a 3% mayoral boost. For instance, utilizing all training cities can save over three hours of speedups for nearly ten thousand troops in one session.
