RML vs EdW | Alliance Conquest Match 3

There was no time to lick their wounds after the defeat suffered against R1s in the second round of Alliance Conquest. RML had to immediately set things straight with their opponents, who this season wouldn't be here just as extras, but rather to prove themselves as one of the most powerful alliances in League B.

It was time to let their actions speak and demonstrate it on the battlefield. A defeat like the one in the last round shouldn't crush their morale, and all the members knew it. They had given their best, and even though it hadn't been enough, they had fought valiantly!

The next round would see RML facing ErobererderWelten (EdW), an alliance that could almost be on par with them in terms of member count. However, they probably didn't possess the same strength. But, as the last match had taught them, the numbers of warriors could make a difference. So, they would have to face them with utmost commitment if they didn't want to suffer another devastating defeat!

This time, Omega was sure of himself. He declared to his teammates that the purpose of this match would be to achieve not only victory but also the 80k points, in order to obtain the maximum rewards available. Groot thought that perhaps it was better not to aim too high and keep their ambitions in check, but he too was swept up by the Leader's enthusiasm, just like all the other members. This motivated all the warriors who couldn't wait for the battle to begin!

Everything was ready, and the roles had been assigned. The opponents showed up to the battle with 38 brave warriors led by Lady Fee, five more than RML. This numerical disadvantage could pose a problem for RML, as they had lost the previous match primarily due to being outnumbered. Once again, Groot had the task of dealing with Mother, who had demonstrated in previous encounters that she could hold her own against anyone when it came to speed. And so, they set off into battle!

RML had a brilliant start, immediately capturing three out of four buildings. The opponents didn't expect such a vibrant start from them, so they took advantage of it. After all, they had to prove to themselves that the last mistake was just a minor setback!

After several failed attempts to attack the buildings under RML's control, Lady Fee, leading the enemy forces, decided that it was futile to keep trying. The defenses were too strong for them, and they wouldn't be able to break through. So, she made the decision to focus on capturing Targaryen, Lannister Ports, and Casterly Rock, hoping to hold RML back with a larger number of troops in defense.

Their plan wasn't flawed. Despite facing stronger opponents, the sheer number of warriors on the battlefield could tilt the final outcome of the battle in their favor. RML had to be cautious and try to prevent that from happening.

However, their plan only partially succeeded. EdW proved to be very skillful and swift in capturing Casterly Rock, but the same couldn't be said for the ports, which were seized by Yasu late and U8 from RML. Omega wasn't pleased with the defeat in the capture of Casterly Rock. Fueled by a thirst for revenge, he fiercely launched an attack on the stronghold. It was a tremendous battle, and Omega seemed unstoppable. The enemies could do little against his power. Equipped and prepared for war, he achieved a resounding victory and took possession of the most important building: Casterly Rock!

Things were looking great for RML. They had control of all the bases, and all that was left to do was to attack the enemies at their base and shatter their last hopes of victory. Groot prepared himself thoroughly, and together with his comrades, he set off into battle in search of personal glory. He found himself facing opponents who, all in all, were within his reach. He effortlessly annihilated them one by one, without any problem. Today, he was truly motivated and in excellent shape!

As the battle progressed, the final outcome seemed more and more certain. There was no real attempt from EdW to turn the tide of this encounter, or at least any sign of it was crushed at its inception by the ruthless attacks of Omega and his comrades. When the mines were unlocked, they too were stormed and captured by RML. Everything was going smoothly and without any issues for them today. There was an impressive display of strength on the battlefield!

The spirits and faces in the ranks of EdW were visibly downtrodden. The superiority of their opponents was clear, even though RML was outnumbered. So, they made the wisest decision: to spare their forces for the upcoming battles. This was communicated to the ranks of RML, and Omega said to their comrades, "There is no point in continuing to attack a defeated enemy. Let's save our strength for the next battles." By showing compassion and sparing their opponents, they acknowledged their own role in determining the outcome of this match. They decided to achieve the coveted 80k points and let their adversaries secure at least 20k points, ensuring that they too would receive rewards. It was an excellent way to demonstrate respect towards their enemies, who had put up a good fight despite the circumstances!

RML emerged victorious in the third match of this Alliance Conquest season, bringing their record to two wins and one loss. The goal was to secure at least three seasonal victories to obtain the rewards, or even more for personal glory. Despite this match being relatively easy, they were aware that being outnumbered could pose challenges in the upcoming encounters, and this was an aspect they needed to improve upon!
