1.) Day - 1

The first day is a time to train your troops and set as many traps as you can inside your castle walls.

2.) Day - 2

The second day is an opportunity to kill as many gnomes and boss gnomes as possible.

3.) Day - 3

The third day is an opportunity to collect as many resources as possible which will be used for the fourth day.

4.) Day - 4

On the fourth day where you have to upgrade buildings, research, and dragons.

5.) Day 5 & 6

The Fifth and Sixth Days are where you have to burn and kill the troops of other lords

The following article will explain how you can get the top ranking in this event, you can read this article until the end. Let's discuss it together.

1. View your server schedule and your real-life schedule.

Why is this required? Because this event takes a long time, make sure you can open your cellphone and play this game for at least 1 hour every day for 6 days.

2. Planning

The next step is to plan the event as much as possible; you must have a lot of resources for this planning section. It can be done as well as upgrading buildings, doing research, and upgrading dragons. Make sure you upgrade at the right time and can be finished perfectly.

3. Calculation

Accurately calculate your event time for power development stage time/day 4 (Building upgrade, Research upgrade, Dragon upgrade).

Here is the step for calculation:

a.) Check Calendar

b.) Calculate the day between now and the 4th stage of the King of the Hill event.

When you see an event on your server's calendar, you'll be able to see when it's scheduled to begin. For example, if today is January 20, 2022, at 13.56 UTC, so it takes time to reach the construction event (Stage 4-Day 4):

20 January 2022 13.56 UTC -> 6 February 2022 00.00 UTC

So it will take 14 Days 10 Hours 4 Minutes.

At this time, make sure you perform an upgrade that spans this far.

Notes :

- King of the Hill is an event every 30 days, you only need to count 30 days after the first day of King of the Hill. Because as you know, the server calendar only displays a period of fewer than 2 weeks.

- If the event starts on October 30, 2022, then the next event will fall on November 29, 2022. This applies if the developer does not change the server calendar.

4. Present (At the time of the event)

- The first day it is recommended for troops with Tier 4 and above not to finish their training before 00.00 for the event to start. This first day can also be used for spenders to buy available purchase packages (War Machines Packages). 

- The second day it is time for killing gnomes as much as possible and spend your AP and also refresh AP with gems if you want to compete in this event.

- The third day is for gathering resources as much as possible, you can attack gathering troops to get a huge amount of points in this stage.(Make sure you are in war server or you only hit your alliance enemy, but it is better to create a farm account). In this stage, all resource inside your castle also counted in event. You must keep the resource building not collected the day before this stage and also use a shield, so no one hits your castle the day before this stage. 

- The fourth day is time to spend all of your hourglasses, and also speed up, you also can buy the package above to make sure you are the top one in this event. But, you don’t have to worry, because you can get much speed up from other events like tarantula if you are free to play.

- The fifth and sixth days are for burning other castles and farms; if you have a farm account, now is the time to burn and use their hourglasses.
