A Dangerous Invasion - K504

I was thinking about what kind of invasion, or rather, suicide mission, I could get myself into this time. Well… it is no mystery that most invasions are calm, either because the alliances are small and do not have fighters, do not want to get involved with invaders, or simply because there is not enough time, since most of them attack very quickly. And even though completing the mission without any obstacles is the main goal, after hundreds of calm invasions, the thirst for adrenaline starts to become insatiable.

So, to try a different kind of invasion this time, I started by looking for kingdoms with large alliances. Mainly those that required only one scroll for me to jump to. And of all of them, I found the best target in kingdom 504, where the PLQ alliance, a powerful Polish team, has been living for some time.

There was a good side and a bad side on that. The bad side was that PLQ had some extremely powerful accounts in that kingdom, and if I let my guard down for even a second, I would suffer the consequences. The good side was that the target I found belonged to their alternative alliance. So, if I was lucky, I could complete the invasion without being noticed.

Although my target was in PLQ's alternative alliance, he was still a big problem. Besides looking like a secondary account of PLQ's king and PLQ duke, he was right in the middle of the hive, and even if I was quick, I would obviously attract attention.

Of course, invasions like this require any hunter to be careful. But was not adrenaline what I was looking for? So despite being a little apprehensive, I decided to attack him. However, in this case, I will rely on luck and attack him without scouting first to avoid drawing attention too early.

Can I be faster than PLQ defensive players?

The result of the first impact was impressive, and I confess I was not expecting that. When I opened the report, the first thing I noticed was that I had gained more than 18 million merit points, something that rarely happens. The battle was a little awkward; everything had to be done quickly because the surrounding castles would be alerted as soon as they saw the fire rising into the sky.

I was also surprised when I noticed that my army had returned almost entirely intact. And knowing that I did not need to worry about clearing the hospital, I launched the second attack to zero Wrona as quickly as possible.

Yes, that was very quick. Less than 30 seconds later, Wrona was destroyed. My troops returned, and I quickly jumped to a new location and hid all my troops. A few hours passed, and fate took me to another kingdom for a new invasion. However, five days later, that same fate was ready to bring me back to kingdom 504 once again.

Another player was without a bubble and was also a secondary account of some powerful PL player. I do not know exactly what reactions my first invasion caused, but I know that stepping into this kingdom a second time will not be easy, and I believe they will be ready to fight me if I am not fast enough.

This time, the problem was a little bigger. My target was twice the size, exactly 2 billion power, and I could not scout him because that would alert the kingdom's defenders, who would call their troops back, switch to battle gear, and get ready, just waiting for the moment when an invader jumped in to blockade and destroy him. That is what experienced fighters from large alliances do, even more so when it is not the first time they have faced the same invader.

I had no other option. I was literally counting on luck. I would have to go in there, attack using 75% speed boots, and pray that he was not a spear player or a bow trap. Fate had brought me here once again in the same week, but would that same fate be by my side to protect me, or would this be my end?

Night began to fall. It was possible to feel the cold winds passing through my legs, and the fog was slowly starting to cover the castles, obstructing my vision. I then jumped to the kingdom, positioned my castle in a favorable position, and, with my heart beating faster, launched the attack. At that exact moment, I fell silent.

Oh my God! That was impressive. An explosion was heard on the eastern side of King's Landing. It was Michal's castle, with its main gate and wall torn down by my cavalry army. My troops faced 16 million T4 troops, and that was not an easy task at all. 152 thousand soldiers fell, but they managed to destroy all the fortifications and eliminate 8 million enemy troops. That was a great victory, but it also served as a warning to everyone in the kingdom that the invader was there.

I had to stop and analyze the report more closely to understand the impact that battle had. Michal had 4 million of each troop type on his wall, totaling almost 16 million soldiers defending it. And even so, I managed to break through, eliminating a large part of the infantry and cavalry. And now I need to deal with the spearmen and bow troops. And I confess that I do not know whether it will be easier or harder.

My concern practically doubled when I launched the second attack. A good fighter would try to find me and attack me directly before I escaped to a new location, but an experienced fighter would switch alliances to send a garrison to Michal. And that was my fear.

While my troops marched with determination, all my attention was focused on the castles surrounding Michal. I not only needed to be fast, but I also needed to analyze everything. At any sign of danger, I would flee. My troops struck and brought another impressive result, eliminating just under 8 million troops, while my losses were less than 100 thousand.

The soldiers returned. I could see in their eyes that they were ready for the third attack. But I was afraid. I could not let them realize that I had this bad feeling. I stopped and took a breath, analyzed the battle report, and checked all the castles around King's Landing. Everything seemed normal; everyone seemed to be in their places. So I felt confident enough to launch a third attack, and that is what I did.

I was so nervous that I forgot to remove the Dragon skill Reroute to make sure no troops survived. But that is okay. In the third attack, I managed to eliminate Michal’s troops and also capture his lord.

My troops were returning quickly, and I feared that a march would come in my direction and the attack notification would pop up. I used 75% speed boots, and when my soldiers arrived, I had almost 4 million troops exposed. I quickly jumped to a new place on the map and hid them both in the shelter and with fake rallies, and I also sent some troops to gathering nodes. When I finally hid everything, I was able to breathe.

That was a very tense invasion. Well, my target did not actually pose any threat to me, but attacking someone in PLQ's kingdom is madness. Even more so now that my castle is full of troops because of Alliance Conquest.

Well, once again, I managed to finish my invasion here without suffering any kind of ambush and without being zeroed, which I consider a miracle. But I believe that from now on, PLQ will strengthen its defenses, and its players will be much more alert when their main castles or secondary accounts lose their bubbles. And of course, from now on, I need to be twice as careful and improve my strategy for invasions like this.

This time, everything went well, but will I be just as lucky the next time I visit them? Thank you for reading.
