Infinity Kingdom officially enters 3.0.0, introducing Jadwiga, a new Earth Support Immortal with a particularly interesting offensive buffing kit.

But she is only one part of the update.

A completely new Gilded Club event brings Bounty Quests, a Fortune Wheel and its own reward ecosystem, while Ghost Fiesta expands with Witch Forest, a new board-based mini-game built around movement, random events and escalating rewards.

Let’s break down what is actually new and what could matter once 3.0.0 reaches the battlefield.

1. Introduction Welcome to 3.0.0

We have officially reached Infinity Kingdom 3.0.0.

And despite the major version number, this is not a gigantic systems update in the same vein as some of the patches we have covered recently.

There is no long list of balance changes, no new Tower of Knowledge skills, and no major rework of existing combat systems. Instead, 3.0.0 is a much more focused update built around one new Immortal and several new event experiences.

The headline addition is Jadwiga, an Epic Earth Support Immortal joining Norheim through Elemental Bond. She comes with a rather unusual skill: instead of simply buffing an entire march, Twin Crowns identifies specific allied units based on their offensive attributes and dramatically boosts their output for a limited window.

That alone makes her worth looking at carefully.

Away from combat, however, most of 3.0.0 is about events.

The new Gilded Club introduces its own Battle Pass, Bounty Quest system, Fortune Wheel and Private Treasure Gallery, while Ghost Fiesta receives Witch Forest, a completely new board-based activity where Magic Wands determine your movement and different tiles trigger candies, rewards or random events.

Fu Fei and Louis IX also receive limited Night of Terror outfits, while a small Artifact interface change adds a second confirmation when rare materials are about to be consumed.

So this is a different kind of patch.

2.9.9 changed quite a lot underneath the game. 3.0.0 appears more interested in giving us new things to do and one new Immortal to experiment with.

Maël’s Opinion

The jump to 3.0.0 immediately makes the update feel significant, but I would keep expectations measured by what is actually in the notes.
For me, there are three things worth watching: Jadwiga’s real impact on Earth teams, whether Gilded Club offers meaningful progression rather than simply another reward loop, and whether Witch Forest can make Ghost Fiesta more interactive.
Everything else is secondary.
And Jadwiga is where I want to start, because Twin Crowns may be much more interesting than its relatively simple description suggests.

2. Jadwiga: A New Kind of Earth Support?

Patch 3.0.0 introduces Jadwiga, a new Epic Earth Immortal. She is a Support Immortal, commands Bowmen, and brings something Earth formations do not necessarily have in abundance: a support skill built almost entirely around increasing the offensive output of other Immortals.

Her Ultimate Skill, Twin Crowns, targets the allied unit with the highest Physical Attack and the allied unit with the highest Magical Attack. Both receive increased Attack Speed and damage dealt for six seconds.

The scaling is significant. Twin Crowns starts at 7.5% Attack Speed and 18% increased damage dealt, gaining another 2.5% and 6% respectively with each skill level.

Her Exclusive Artifact then extends Twin Crowns by another 3 seconds, taking its duration from six to nine seconds. The official recommended primary attributes are Dodge Rate and Physical Attack Bonus.

On paper, Jadwiga therefore looks less like a traditional defensive Earth support and more like an offensive enabler. She is not primarily trying to keep the formation alive. Her job is to identify its strongest offensive pieces and make them considerably more dangerous during Twin Crowns.

That becomes particularly interesting because the skill explicitly references both Physical Attack and Magical Attack.

Rather than supporting only one damage profile, Jadwiga appears designed to potentially strengthen two different offensive threats within the same formation. This could give her value in compositions where physical and magical damage coexist, rather than requiring the entire team to be built around one type of damage.

Maël’s Opinion

At maximum level, 25% Attack Speed and 60% increased damage dealt are substantial numbers, especially when the Exclusive Artifact extends the duration to nine seconds. But raw percentages only tell us part of the story. What matters much more is who receives Twin Crowns, how reliably Jadwiga can activate it, and what those Immortals can accomplish during that window.
That is where her real potential starts to become interesting, and it deserves a closer look.

3. Twin Crowns: Why Her Skill Is More Interesting Than It Looks

The raw numbers already make Twin Crowns attractive, but Jadwiga becomes more interesting when we look at how those bonuses could interact with a formation.

At maximum level, the targeted allies receive 25% Attack Speed and 60% increased damage dealt for six seconds. With Jadwiga’s Exclusive Artifact, that window increases to nine seconds, a 50% increase in duration. This matters because the Artifact does not simply add another small stat bonus. It gives Jadwiga’s main offensive effect significantly more time to influence the battle.

The combination of Attack Speed and increased damage dealt makes Twin Crowns particularly interesting. More Attack Speed means more normal attacks during the buff window, which could become especially valuable for Immortals whose mechanics already interact with them.

For now, Alexander remains my best pick to benefit from Twin Crowns. His huge Physical Attack, reliance on normal attacks and existing Earth element make the pairing almost obvious on paper for low to mid spenders.

But there is another interesting coincidence in 3.0.0. Jadwiga arrives as an Earth Support, while Louis IX receives a new Night of Terror outfit. Louis already gains 20% Attack Speed from Howling Thunder, while its active effect converts his physical attacks into magical attacks for nine seconds and gives each attack a chance to trigger additional magical damage.

Could this hint at a stronger Earth + Lightning synergy around Jadwiga and Louis IX? Nothing confirms it, and the outfit itself changes nothing mechanically, but the timing is interesting.

Maël’s Opinion

Alexander is still my number one candidate for Twin Crowns, but Louis IX is the interaction I really want to test.
New Earth support, Louis outfit in the same patch, and a skill already built around Attack Speed... coincidence, or the beginning of something new?

4. Night of Terror: Fu Fei & Louis IX Get New Outfits

Ghost Fiesta returns in 3.0.0 with a new limited skin series called Night of Terror, this time featuring Fu Fei and Louis IX.

Both Immortals receive brand-new outfits designed around the darker atmosphere of Ghost Fiesta, and both will be obtainable through the event. Unlike Jadwiga, there is no new combat mechanic to analyze here, as the patch notes do not mention what additional bonuses or effects attached to either outfit. Looking forward to it tho.

Still, the choice of Immortals is interesting.

Fu Fei receiving a new outfit will probably make sense to many players, but Louis IX is certainly a more surprising choice. He is not an Immortal we currently see widely represented in formations, so it will be interesting to see whether the new outfit is purely cosmetic or whether putting Louis IX back under the spotlight is followed by anything that could encourage players to revisit him.

There is another question hanging over Ghost Fiesta: what happens to Alexander the Great's Summer Passion outfit?

Pirate Festival gave players a limited opportunity to collect Alexander outfit fragments, and with the seasonal cycle now moving toward Ghost Fiesta and two completely new outfits, there is no indication in the 3.0.0 notes that those fragments will remain available. If they disappear with Pirate Festival, did players realistically have enough time and opportunities to finish the outfit?

More importantly, this could become a broader question as the number of limited Immortal outfits continues to grow. We already have systems that allow players to choose between different Immortal fragments through selection chests. Could cosmetics eventually follow a similar direction, with older seasonal outfit fragments returning through selectable chests or alternative acquisition methods?

There is nothing in the 3.0.0 patch notes confirming such a system, so for now this is only an open question. But if seasonal events continue introducing new limited outfits, older skins will eventually need some form of return path unless they are intended to remain permanently missable.

What makes Night of Terror more relevant in the context of this patch is that it accompanies a broader expansion of Ghost Fiesta itself. The event is not simply returning with two new skins and the same activities. Witch Forest is being added as completely new gameplay, giving this year's edition something more substantial alongside the cosmetic content.

Maël’s Opinion

New outfits are always great to see, although Louis IX is an interesting and slightly unexpected choice considering how rarely we currently see him used. Maybe the outfit gives existing Louis IX players something new to enjoy. Either way, I am curious to see whether we start seeing more of him.
My bigger question is actually about what happens after a seasonal outfit leaves its original event. Alexander's Summer Passion is the immediate example. If Pirate Festival was the last opportunity to complete it, did everyone interested in the outfit really have enough time?
As more skins are introduced, I would like to see older ones remain obtainable somehow. An outfit selection system similar to the Immortal fragment chests could be one solution, or perhaps future events will introduce completely different ways of completing unfinished outfits.

5. Gilded Club: A Completely New Event Structure

The other major addition in 3.0.0 is Gilded Club, a completely new event built around four connected activities: VIP Pass, Max Bounty, Fortune Wheel and Private Treasure Gallery.

At first glance, some of those systems will feel familiar. There is a Battle Pass, repeatable quests, a wheel and an exchange shop. But rather than presenting them as separate activities, Gilded Club appears to package everything into a single progression loop where completing activities generates points, currencies and additional rewards across the event.

VIP Pass and Max Bounty

The VIP Pass provides the progression backbone. It is divided into Silver Insignia and Gold Insignia tiers, with daily missions providing EXP to increase the Battle Pass level.

Max Bounty looks more interactive. Available from Castle Level 15, it allows players to accept Bounty Quests of different difficulties, with harder quests providing better rewards and more Bounty Points. Accumulating those points unlocks additional Progress Chests.

The detail worth watching is that Bounty Quests refresh every hour.

That could create some interesting choices if players are able to select which bounties are worth completing rather than simply clearing everything available. It could also become another reason to repeatedly check the event throughout the day. The patch notes do not tell us enough yet about the quest pool, difficulty differences or whether quests can be skipped, so the quality of Max Bounty will depend heavily on how demanding that hourly system actually feels.

Fortune Wheel and Gold Rush

The Fortune Wheel introduces another progression loop. Players consume a specified event item to spin, can activate Auto Mode by holding the spin button, and can adjust the consumption multiplier.

Every spin also contributes toward an Energy meter. Once it reaches 100%, Gold Rush activates and reduces the cost of the next spin by 20%.

That creates a small efficiency mechanic inside what would otherwise be a conventional reward wheel. How valuable it actually becomes will depend on the cost of spins, how quickly Energy accumulates and whether multipliers interact meaningfully with progression. Those details are not provided yet, so the 20% figure alone should not be overvalued.

There is also a competitive element. Wheel Points feed a Daily Leaderboard, which is settled every 24 hours before the ranking points reset. This means Gilded Club mixes personal progression with a recurring server competition rather than relying on one final event ranking.

Finally, the Private Treasure Gallery acts as the event exchange, allowing exclusive tokens to be traded for Surprise Gifts. Their contents are not detailed in the notes, and that will ultimately be important when judging the overall value of the event.

Taken together, the structure seems to be:

Daily Missions and Bounties → Pass EXP and Bounty Points → Progress Rewards → Fortune Wheel → Event Tokens → Private Treasure Gallery

Not every part of that chain is necessarily dependent on the previous one, but Gilded Club clearly seems designed as an event ecosystem rather than one isolated mini-game.

Maël’s Opinion

Gilded Club is probably the part of 3.0.0 that will be hardest to judge before we actually see the rewards and economy behind it.
Bounties provide repeatable objectives, the Pass gives longer progression, Gold Rush adds some efficiency to the Fortune Wheel, and the Treasure Gallery gives the event its own reward destination. There should always be something contributing toward something else.
My main question is how demanding that loop becomes. An hourly Bounty refresh can make the event feel alive, but I don't want Gilded Club to become an event where efficiency depends on logging in every hour. There is a big difference between giving active players more opportunities and making players feel punished for not constantly checking the game.
The rewards will ultimately decide that balance. For now, Gilded Club looks substantial, but its economy will matter more than the number of activities it contains.

6. Witch Forest: Ghost Fiesta Gets New Gameplay

Ghost Fiesta is not only returning with new outfits. Patch 3.0.0 also introduces Witch Forest, a completely new activity built around board movement, candies and random events.

Players consume Magic Wands to cast spells and move across the board. Where you land determines the outcome. Candy Magic guarantees a Candy, Reward tiles directly grant the displayed resources, while Surprise Magic triggers a random event and immediately gives you one additional spin.

Candies also form the progression layer of the event. Different rarities provide different amounts of points, with accumulated points unlocking Progress Chests. This means each run contributes both immediate rewards and longer-term progression.

The most interesting part is probably Surprise Magic. A Multiplier Event increases the rewards earned, while a Jackpot Event grants all rewards located along the path you travelled. That gives the journey itself some importance rather than making Witch Forest entirely about the final tile.

How much actual control players have over that journey remains unclear. The patch notes explain what the tiles do, but not whether we can meaningfully influence movement or whether most of the experience will be driven by randomness.

What I find more interesting is the direction this represents. Pirate Festival introduced Alchemical Secrets, and Ghost Fiesta is now getting Witch Forest. Two consecutive seasonal events receiving their own gameplay activity is a positive trend. Seasonal events become much more memorable when they give us something to actually play rather than simply another collection of passes, shops and wheels.

Maël’s Opinion

Witch Forest looks simple, but I like the concept. Candy progression gives each run a longer objective, while Surprise Magic and Jackpot can make individual moves more exciting.
The real question is player agency. If Magic Wands simply send us randomly around the board, the novelty could disappear quickly. If there are ways to influence movement or make decisions along the way, there may be more depth than the patch notes currently reveal.
Most importantly, after Alchemical Secrets, I like seeing Infinity Kingdom continue experimenting with actual mini-games inside seasonal events. Hopefully this becomes a trend rather than an exception.

7. Artifact Upgrade Confirmation: A Small but Welcome QoL Change

The final change in 3.0.0 is much smaller than everything above, but it addresses something that can be genuinely frustrating.

When rare materials are used during Artifact Upgrade or Development, the game will now display a secondary confirmation prompt before those materials are consumed.

There is no new progression system or gameplay mechanic behind this one. It is simply an additional layer of protection against accidentally spending valuable resources during Artifact development.

And considering how difficult some materials can be to replace, this is the kind of small interface improvement that can prevent a very expensive mistake.

Maël’s Opinion

Nothing spectacular here, but good QoL changes do not need to be spectacular.
Rare materials should never disappear because of one accidental click. A secondary confirmation is simple, useful and difficult to argue against.
Sometimes the smallest patch note can save the biggest headache.

8. Maël’s Final Opinion: What Does 3.0.0 Really Bring?

The move to 3.0.0 might suggest a massive transformation of Infinity Kingdom, but this is actually a more focused update. There is no major combat overhaul or fundamental new system. Instead, the patch combines one potentially important Immortal with a clear expansion of event content.

Jadwiga is easily the part I will be watching most closely. Twin Crowns has serious potential, particularly with 25% Attack Speed, 60% increased damage and a nine-second duration with her Exclusive Artifact. But as we have seen many times before, impressive numbers do not automatically create a meta Immortal. Her targeting, timing and synergy with the right carries will determine how valuable she really becomes.

Night of Terror also raises a question I think will become increasingly relevant. As more limited outfits arrive, what happens to the ones players could not finish? Alexander's Summer Passion may give us the first indication of how Infinity Kingdom intends to handle older seasonal cosmetics.

So perhaps 3.0.0 is less about one revolutionary feature and more about continuing several interesting directions at once.
