Jadwiga brings one of the more unusual support mechanics introduced recently: one Ultimate, two offensive targets, and potentially nine seconds of Attack Speed and damage amplification. The question is not whether Twin Crowns works, but which teams can make the most of it.

Introduction

Jadwiga arrived with Patch 3.0.0 as an Epic Earth Bowman support, and Twin Crowns immediately raised an important question: does the skill choose one ally based on both attack stats, or does it support two different Immortals?

Testing has now given us the answer. Twin Crowns separately targets the ally with the highest Physical Attack and the ally with the highest Magical Attack, and both receive both buffs. At maximum level, that means +25% Attack Speed and +60% damage dealt for six seconds, extended to nine seconds with her Exclusive Artifact.

That immediately makes Jadwiga interesting for hybrid formations. Alexander paired with a magical carry such as Himiko or Loki is an obvious direction, while Louis IX and other combinations open different possibilities depending on how the actual attack stats line up.

We also have an official Infinity Kingdom battle report showing Jadwiga performing successfully inside a Louis IX formation. It is a useful example of her potential, but not proof that one composition is already better than the others.

So this guide will focus on how Twin Crowns works, which carries can exploit it, and whether Jadwiga offers enough offensive value to compete with established supports such as Zenobia or Qin.

1. Jadwiga at a Glance

Jadwiga is an Epic Earth Bowman support Immortal built around offensive amplification rather than direct damage. Her role is simple: identify the strongest Physical and Magical attackers in the march and make both of them hit harder and faster.

Her Ultimate Skill, Twin Crowns, is the core of the kit. At maximum level, the selected allies gain +25% Attack Speed and +60% damage dealt for six seconds. Because Jadwiga can buff two different carries at once, she naturally fits formations that mix physical and magical damage instead of relying on a single main attacker.

She also has 83.0 Energy Regen, which is useful for a support whose value depends heavily on repeated Ultimate casts. Her own damage is not the point. What matters is how much additional pressure she can create through the two Immortals receiving Twin Crowns.

Jadwiga is obtained through Elemental Bond and requires 60 fragments to summon, with further investment needed for development and her Exclusive Artifact.

2. Twin Crowns: How It Really Works

The most important part of Jadwiga’s kit is the targeting. Twin Crowns does not choose one ally based on a mix of Physical and Magical Attack. It makes two separate selections.

One buff goes to the ally with the highest Physical Attack, and the other goes to the ally with the highest Magical Attack. Both selected Immortals receive the full effect: Attack Speed and increased damage dealt.

The effect cannot stack, but both carries can be buffed at the same time. That matters because it gives Jadwiga a natural place in hybrid formations. A physical carry such as Alexander can receive one selection while a magical carry such as Himiko or Loki receives the other.

One important detail is that the targeting follows the actual attack stats, not simply the damage type you associate with an Immortal. A unit dealing magical damage is not automatically the highest Magical Attack in the formation, so unusual builds need to be checked carefully.

This is really the mechanic that defines Jadwiga: she rewards teams built around two meaningful offensive recipients rather than one carry and three supports.

3. Exclusive Artifact and Buff Uptime

Jadwiga’s Exclusive Artifact extends Twin Crowns from six to nine seconds, a 50% increase in duration for both selected allies.

That becomes particularly interesting once Jadwiga is fully developed. In the official battle report, she reaches 116.5 Energy Regen. Since an Immortal casts its Ultimate at 1,000 Energy, that gives a theoretical recharge time of roughly:

1,000 ÷ 116.5 = 8.58 seconds

With Twin Crowns lasting 9 seconds, Jadwiga can theoretically cast again around 0.42 seconds before the previous buff expires. In ideal conditions, that means the +25% Attack Speed and +60% damage dealt buffs can remain almost continuously active on both selected allies.

This is theoretical rather than guaranteed. Control effects, energy disruption, survival and actual cast timing can all interrupt the cycle. But it does show why the Exclusive Artifact matters so much: at high development, Jadwiga is not simply creating a short burst window. She has the potential to maintain Twin Crowns for most of the battle.

4. Alexander + Mage Compositions

Given how Twin Crowns works, a natural direction for Jadwiga is a dual-carry setup, pairing Alexander with a magical damage dealer. Alexander takes the highest Physical Attack selection, while the mage takes the highest Magical Attack selection, allowing both to benefit from the full buffs.

Himiko and Loki would be my top picks, with Baldwin IV another interesting candidate. Their effectiveness will depend on how their individual mechanics benefit from Attack Speed and damage amplification, as well as the viability of hybrid compositions.

The main trade-off is team balance. With Alexander, a mage and Jadwiga occupying three slots, there is no room for a dedicated backline healing support.

The potential is clear: amplifying two complementary damage sources simultaneously. However, the strongest pairing remains to be tested.

5. Louis IX: Exploring Hybrid Compositions

Louis IX brings an interesting alternative to conventional dual-carry teams. His Ultimate, Howling Thunder, converts physical attacks into magical attacks for 9 seconds, with each attack having a 55% chance to trigger additional lightning damage. His passive +20% Attack Speed makes the interaction with Jadwiga particularly worth exploring.

Alexander + Louis IX could offer an aggressive frontline pairing, combining Alexander's physical damage with Louis's magical output. Another approach would be to build around Louis with two backline supports, prioritising survivability and sustained damage.

A third possibility is pairing Louis with a physical backline carry like Genghis Khan, allowing Jadwiga to support two different offensive threats.

The challenge is ensuring Twin Crowns reaches the intended recipients. Magical damage does not automatically mean high Magical Attack, but players can fine-tune their Immortals' stats through equipment, gems and artifacts to influence buff targeting. Finding the right balance between stats, targeting and overall team performance will be key to making these formations work.

6. Official Battle Example: Jadwiga in Action

An official Infinity Kingdom battle report provides an interesting example of Jadwiga's potential, featuring the formation 2 explored in Section 5 just above. Facing Yi Sun-Shin + Alexander + Zenobia + Qin Emperor, Jadwiga's team secured victory after 58 seconds.

Two things caught my attention in the battle statistics.

  • First, Louis IX dealt 64.81M damage, compared with Alexander's 11.48M on the opposing side. That's roughly 5.6 times more damage, making Louis an interesting frontline carry candidate in this setup. His Howling Thunder alone accounted for approximately 32.5M damage, or 50% of his total output.
  • Second, Jadwiga delivered 13.18M healing, compared with Zenobia's 7.91M, despite Zenobia being a dedicated healing support. Since Twin Crowns provides no healing, Jadwiga's contribution comes from her equipped skills. This shows that she can provide substantial healing alongside her offensive support role, at least in this particular battle.

Of course, one battle doesn't prove that Louis IX outperforms Alexander or that Jadwiga is a better healer than Zenobia. Different builds, skill setups and combat conditions can heavily influence the results. We also cannot determine exactly how much of Louis IX's damage came from Twin Crowns.

Still, it's an encouraging first example of the hybrid composition discussed earlier, and one worth exploring further.

With Louis IX's Night of Terror outfit arriving during Ghost Fiesta, which Jadwiga composition would you test first? Would you build around Louis IX or explore a different dual-carry pairing?

7. Maël’s Opinion: A Promising Offensive Support

Jadwiga offers an interesting alternative to traditional defensive supports. Rather than focusing on keeping a team alive, she makes its strongest damage dealers more dangerous, combining significant damage amplification with increased Attack Speed.

She isn't the first support to focus on offense. Mathilda of Flanders already offered something similar, with Energy Regen buffs and stacking damage increases. Jadwiga takes a different approach by directly boosting two selected carries.

What I particularly like is her flexibility. Whether paired with Alexander and a mage or used in Louis IX hybrid compositions, she opens up several possibilities without forcing players into one specific lineup.

Her Exclusive Artifact is another strong point, potentially allowing Twin Crowns to remain active with very little downtime under ideal conditions. Still, choosing the right teammates and keeping them alive will be just as important as the buffs themselves.

I wouldn't consider Jadwiga an automatic replacement for existing supports. However, her arrival alongside Louis IX's Night of Terror outfit could shape the next mini-meta, especially for mid-spenders looking to improve their second or third teams rather than rebuild their main lineup. Both additions look promising, but we'll need actual battle testing to see how well these combinations perform.
