Two of the greatest alliances of all time will enter the Siege of Winterfell map with the same goal: to become the season's champions in an intense 60-minute match.
After losing the grand final last season, NBe, looking for a rematch, comes stronger than ever to fight for the championship. At the same time, on the other side, RoD, which brought some good players from different alliances to help them, will do everything possible and impossible to remain the champions.

Almost every player knew these two alliances would be competing in the grand final. But when it came to picking who would be the true champion, the bets were completely divided. While many believed that NBe would come prepared to take the trophy, others thought that RoD was much stronger and that NBe would have no chance. I do not know what the result will be, but one thing is certain: the match will be intense for the entire 60 minutes.

The result of the first combat did not surprise anyone. RoD is known for being an extremely strategic and fast alliance, and this was quickly reflected in how they started as soon as the gates opened.
As much as NBe tried, RoD captured both Hot Springs and the Armory, securing essential buffs for their troops, as well as the first capture points and opening up a small lead over their opponent. NBe obviously would not let this go unanswered and would soon come with full force, and a great battle would take place right there.

For some reason, when RoD captured the two main buildings, their players spread out across different points of the map. And less than two minutes later, NBe was already at Hot Springs to steal their building.
That was a unique opportunity, since the Strongholds would open in a few minutes. Maintaining control of Hot Springs and securing an additional healing speed buff is crucial. In addition to this great capture, it was possible to see large numbers of NBe players marching toward the Armory, which was their second target.

The match had been going on for less than five minutes, and everything was already upside down. NBe had captured every building on the map and was now making 560 points per minute, while RoD was earning zero. But do not be mistaken; the match was not lost…
NBe had only a 1,200-point lead, and RoD only needed to recreate their marches and reorganize their plans to retake their buildings one by one. And that was exactly what they did. Little by little, building by building, point by point, RoD increased their points per minute, reducing the deficit they had and keeping the match frantic and intense.

NBe's lead dropped to 900 points, and then both teams had the same points per minute. But little by little, RoD started taking control of more territory, and their points per minute exploded to 720. NBe was in trouble, and RoD was back in the race.
I was watching NBe let RoD capture their buildings with my own eyes. But I knew things would not stay that way, because NBe had great motivation for a triumphant comeback. We all know that this alliance revolutionized this event. While many believed that being strong and separating their teams well was enough, they came and showed that strategy and speed are more important than anything else.

Less than ten minutes had passed, and RoD players dominated the top of the elimination ranking. They were clearly much stronger than the opposing team. But all that strength was not doing much. NBe was scoring 840 points per minute and had a lead of a little over 1,400 points.
The match was still undecided. The dragons were close to appearing, and that would be a turning point in deciding who would become the great champion.

The more time passed, the more uncertain the result of the match became. Both alliances were scoring the same amount of points per minute. Both also had the same number of points, and the buildings had the same number of marches. It was practically impossible to know who would win that confrontation.
Looking at the bases of both teams, the number of new marches being created and sent toward the buildings seemed endless. The players were healing their troops and recreating their armies tirelessly.

The match took a different turn when the dragons appeared. NBe knew exactly what they were doing, keeping RoD players busy at less important buildings while one of their specialized teams brought the dragons back to their base. And that was what changed the game for them.
When RoD understood what was happening, it was already too late. NBe was capturing several buildings, increasing their points per minute, while keeping a large part of the enemy players busy with the dragons, making the battles long and exhausting. And they did this until the end. An intelligent and efficient strategy that secured them the victory.

In an epic rematch and an intense match, NBe defeated RoD by a 20,000-point lead, becoming the great champion of the Super League. Unlike a regular season match or even the vast majority of playoff matches, this match was intense from beginning to end. Neither team was there to negotiate or show mercy. Every player invested thousands of days of speed-ups to heal their troops and fought tirelessly. Congratulations to both alliances for making it this far, and congratulations to NBe on the great championship.
