Clash of the Champions - Arena of Honor Season 6 Round 3

As the Summer is slowly preparing her bags to leave Westeros, the days are getting shorter and nights are getting longer and the heat ain't heating so badly, the Fantastic 10 team is preparing to take over Arena of Honor once again. Their progress on the first 2 rounds of the 6th season is amazing; they've won both of them and they are high up on the Glory rankings. The team faced very strong enemies in both rounds, but they managed to overcome them, so for LadyKnight that means she can't ever stop doing upgrades to be stronger and stronger as, despite not being able to be as strong as ImperialRock or light Yagami, everyone in the team is required to carry their weight. While being busy with the upgrades and preparations she didn't even notice that the 2 weeks between rounds flew by quickly and it was already Sunday and time for her to get her must trusted commanders and dragons and her best troops and head towards the Arena of Honor battlefield. Once she arrived there, she met with the team, and everyone signed the pre-registration papers required for xKikix, the team captain to register the team. Once the team got registered, everyone stepped aside and waited for the Old Gods to do the matchmaking.

The matchmaking only takes about 5 minutes, so it was done quite quickly and as soon as it was done the battlefield gates opened and the houses representatives got out to pick their teams for this round. House Targaryen had the first pick this round and of course they decided to pick the Fantastic 10 team and once the other houses choose their teams, everyone stepped inside the battlefield and head towards their respective clan castle, so the team together with Daenerys headed towards the South-West forests where the House Targaryen's Clan Castle is located.

Once they arrived there, everyone started deploying their camps and do last minutes preparations before the fight. LadyKnight decided to use the last few minutes of pre-fight time to send some scouts and check what the other houses are up to.

As expected, the news that the scouts got back weren't the best, as there were quite a lot of very strong warriors in the teams invited by Starks and Lannisters, warriors like Inu da One, unholyname and Nachu were once again present on the battlefield, so the match was announcing intense once again but the team was, as always, up to the challenge. The time for strategies was done as the horn announcing the start of battle was heard and the strongholds started dropping their bubble so everyone on the battlefield head towards them to occupy and reinforce them as quickly as possible.

After the occupation time was done, the constructions started and xKikix decided to go once again with military camps as they worked in every round till now. But will they work once again? We'll see. The construction went very quickly as every warrior in the team send a lot of their troops to speed up things and they were done just in time as the minutes were passing quickly and the altars started opening so the fight was about to spice up. As always most of the fights for altars are done with rallies on stacked battlefield so LadyKnight did her best to reinforce when asked and join the team's rallies but beside that she always trying to fight targets she can solo, so she was sending scouts all over the battlefield in hopes she'll find warriors she can defeat with solo attacks.

Trying to attack without scouting ended up very badly for LadyKnight as her forces got decimated during the attacks and she had little to no success in defeating the very strong enemies. She decided to withdraw and not do attacks without scouting anymore and the scouts starting to pay off at a point in the fight.

This fight went a lot better as LadyKnight's commanders were superior and ADAM 1's couldn't handle the pressure coming and had to abandon the altar. As the round progressed the team was doing good all over battlefield, but that was taking a lot of effort from them as the Starks and Lannister's were looking to get the altars as well. To complicate things even more, the time for the City of Glory to open for attacks was getting closer and closer and the team had to prepare to defend that as well.

This time, light Yagami took up to the challenge and quickly kicked the neutral NPCs from the city with a solo attack and then everyone in the team reinforced and braced for impact. And the impact didn't let itself wait, as all the other houses started rallies to try and stop House Targaryen from winning. Nachu, Inu da One and unholy name were among the strongest warriors on the battlefield so they're rallies were going to hurt for sure. Despite having more than 10 million troops under his command, the vale where the City of Glory was located was quite narrow and only like 6 million troops were able to fight at once for defenders while the attackers had room to hit with their rallies in quick sequence. Once the rallies started hitting you could hear the valyrian steel weapons clashing from far away, soldiers were giving their life on both sides and the snow around the city was quickly turning red. light Yagami was doing a great job deflecting the rallies left and right and the other team members reinforcements were on point as always but despite that the Starks and Lannister's weren't looking like they going to give up anytime soon and there were even a few close calls saved by last second reinforcements.

Everyone did battle fiercely and without any concern for the lost troops and the siege of City of Glory lasted for most of the remaining of the fight, but with every wave of rallies deflected the morale of the other houses was dropping lower and lower and they couldn't handle the massive loses they were taking so House Targaryen took advantage of the situation and with under 10 minutes left from the fight they managed to finally occupy the City of Glory.

That concluded the 3rd round of this season for LadyKnight and the team, a very hard-fought round despite the score being heavily in their favor. They are now at 3 wins in 3 rounds, and they are getting closer and closer of the highest ranks in the Glory rankings, but will they be able to continue on this pace and keep winning or as the opponents get stronger and stronger there will be some other team that will end their winning streak? Guess we'll all have to wait and see. See you all on the battlefield!
