Westeros is past mid-summer now and for [N0X]OliverQ it's time for a new round from his favorite event, Arena of Honor. After a not so convincing 1st round, where he ended on 3rd place, he's having high hopes for the 2nd round, hoping that he can start scoring some fame points and start climbing the rankings as with every round passing it will be harder and harder for him to catch up to the other warriors. Between the rounds he prepared thoroughly, upgrading commanders and dragons and pushing his blacksmiths to forge more valyrian steel weapons so he can equip his army with the best possible weapons available in Westeros. The time for preparation ended quickly as it was already Sunday close to the sunset, so it was time for OliverQ to take his commanders and army and head to the mercenary camp and once he arrived there, he went directly to the registration office to sign the papers required for him to participate in the upcoming fight and the waited for the Old Gods to do their magic and finish the matchmaking.

Once the matchmaking was completed, the battlefield gates opened, and everyone stepped inside curious to see whom they will fight for and against whom. OliverQ was chosen by House Targaryen to fight on their side for this round along [MAN]Mac Dark, [NTC]13 TW, [1FR]Capt LucKas, [WjB]KAT2020, [1FD]MrWhite, [TME]LeSa, [TIL]Meribu, [WjB]rain of ice and [Uws]Lord STEEL.

Once the warriors in the team got to know each other, everyone headed towards House Targaryen's Clan Castle in the South-West forests of the battlefield, close to the scorching desert and once they arrived there everyone set their camps around the castle and prepared for battle. OliverQ used the few minutes left before the fight start to scout the enemies and see what they are up to.

Scouts got back quite some good news, nobody was standing up as being able to overpower the battlefield, so the fight was announcing to be both intense and fun. The fight started with the opening of strongholds and as always everyone rushed to them as every second counts in Arena of Honor.

The team decided to go with military camps in hopes to occupy the Tyrell's Clan Castle as quickly as possible but because changes were made to the AI teams, now they build strongholds to counter the house directly attacking them so taking a clan castle is going to take time. With their plan starting to crumble, the team couldn't do much to change 'it for now, so they had to start focusing on altars, especially the altars of warrior, that provide much needed buffs to the NPC rallies.

As soon as the altars of warrior started opening, OliverQ decided to go full force on them and try to take the opponents by surprise. Some attacks went very well with him managing to occupy the altars and some ended really bad but overall things were going good for him and his team, but as good as it was for them, the Starks were managing to somehow push way ahead of everyone on the battlefield.

Being so behind the Starks and with the Lannister's threating to take their 2nd place the team knew their only chance to win this fight was to try and get the City of Glory, that was about to open for attacks.

As soon as the City of Glory opened, OliverQ decided to move all his attention to the center of the battlefield and quickly organized a rally to try and take the city.

Despite signaling the making of the rally it was looking like more than half of team fell asleep and only 1 warrior joined his rally, and without any other reinforcements coming to join he decided to give'it a go like that and see what happens. Despite having way lower numbers than the NPCs residing in the castle he managed to kick the NPCs but now the real struggle was starting for him, how do you defend the city without anyone reinforcing.

Long story short, you can't, no matter how good OliverQ fought, he had to admit defeat and leave the premises of the City of Glory for now. Even thought it was a crushing defeat, he decided to keep trying to take the city as it was their only way of winning the round, and he needed the win more than ever.

But no matter what he and his team-mates threw at the city, it was looking like the Lannister's are unbeatable in the city so they decided to focus their attention on the other sides of the battlefield and try to see how they can get points as they fell on the 3rd spot while trying to take the city. OliverQ that thought the team gave up seeing the numbers that joined his rally had a big surprise when he noticed that everyone was running all over the battlefield to try and take altars and other buildings. That combined with the team managing to take 2 other clan castles basically sealed the deal of this round.

Amazing victory for the team that managed to turn the tides of the battle completely and get a 1st place that was looking unreachable at a point. They missed some fame points without the City of Glory but still a win is a win and OliverQ couldn't be happier with the result, showing once again that hard work gets paid at the end, mostly always. Will he be able to transform this win in a streak in the next rounds? Time will tell. See you all on the battlefield!
