I can swear, it's not a personal thing that I'm back in K82. It's really just a coincidence. And this time it wasn't me who looked there, but rather an alliance partner of mine who pointed out a castle with 10 million troops inside. That's quite a lot! They're certainly interesting to defeat, and what should I do? Perhaps refuse an invitation? Well, absolutely not. Furthermore, whoever spied on the account made the adventure more intriguing for me since it was a cavalry castle.

If there's one thing I always try to do, it's to test myself with cavalry, even if it's still rather gentle. I don't feel ready to face a difficult lineup. The castle they shared with me had 1.5 billion power. 10 million troops, most of which were T4s.

There were no T5s at all, so my thoughts immediately turned to the troops to use in attack. Who knows if I could have captured the lord in one fell swoop?
This time I prepared better than usual. I knew I was about to face an enemy that was counter to me, so I couldn't underestimate any aspect. Furthermore, the server had its strong players. I was sure I would suffer losses and, as always, I feared exhausting more troops than necessary, so I decided to continue adding T3s as a shield, hoping my T4s could survive and avoid taking losses among the T5s as much as possible. According to the scout, the castle wall had a rather weak female synergy. Laila only had two other female commanders, and they were two who didn't have strong active skills. The other commanders, however, were male and had no synergy.

Enzo was on the wall because the castle was in rebel gear, but I didn't know how many stars he had. The account probably had a mix of weakness (with Jaime-Enzo) and a female. It wouldn't have been the first I'd seen with this type of synergy. After seriously analyzing the castle thanks to his reports, it was time to jump. By now I knew K82 quite well; I'd already jumped here numerous times. But I shouldn't have underestimated the possibility of a reaction from the server's inhabitants. Moreover, this time, compared to previous times, there were several players online, both from the same alliance as the target castle and from the LEGs present there.

I was ready to jump, but as always, I had a latent nervousness, an uneasiness that set off all my possible attention threshold sensors, so I double-checked that I had the right equipment and prepared troops. Now that I was ready, the moment of the jump marked the beginning; the battle was imminent. I landed away from eyes, but close enough to the castle. It was time. I quickly launched my troops into the attack. With some apprehension, I watched my health bar decrease.

"Damn," I thought, "Had I done something wrong? It didn't seem very strong as a castle. How much had I lost? "
A whole series of questions tormented me, and my curiosity grew. The troops finished the battle and began to head back. I hadn't captured any lords. Why? What wasn't enough to capture him? I increased the respawn rate and looked at the report.

Well, his commanders were all reawakened. It hadn't been such a light blow after all. My T3s had been destroyed immediately, and the T4s had also suffered losses.

Honestly, I was a little disappointed with that battle. True, I had eliminated over 6 million enemy troops, but I had lost a lot of T4s. Having over 100,000 wounded meant losing a lot of resources for healing.

My goal was to improve so much that I wouldn't lose so many troops anymore, especially with castles that had fairly low difficulty. I healed my troops and sent them back. They had to finish the job, capture that lord. My infantry moved out and struck the castle again, this time my infantry captured the lord.

However, I wasn't satisfied with how the battle went, I felt myself very grumpy in that moment. I had once again used a small number of T5s, when I should have used 1 million. This isn't the first time I've made this mistake. It's quite common: when you're afraid of losing something, you reduce the number so you hope to lose fewer, but that's exactly where the mistake lies. The damage of the T5s is greater, and there's no point in filling the ranks with T4s and T3s hoping not to spend too much resources. This battle should have gone differently. I kept telling myself that. I know, I could have even been satisfied with the merits I'd earned, about ten million, but that wasn't the case. My infantry bleeds hadn't been used to their fullest. I just had to improve. That castle, even though it was counter to me, only had 4 million T4s; I should have done better. I don't know what challenges I'll face next time, but I can't attack with illogical fears and suffer the consequences later. From now on I had to use less and less T3 and more T5. I'll have to be able to capture the lord on the first try in conditions similar to the one I encountered tonight. That's my goal, all I have to do is keep practicing.
