EXP very slow

Leveling up is extremely slow; the process drags significantly as you reach higher levels. Even the Assistant, Trials, daily missions, and cycle missions aren't speeding things up. It took me a month or two (or longer, given my limited time) to reach level 220, and now it's taking even longer to get to 225.

I think I've been filling this place up for months now...

I know LoA 3 is probably busy preparing for the game's eighth anniversary, so as an anniversary gift request: could you please increase the leveling speed and bring back the side quests? plase.
