Character missing? or bugged need support

1. Your server number and in-game name (case sensitive). S207-Dwarven-PST J33R0X (that's J33R ZERO X)

2. A detailed description of your issue (what happened, when did it happen, what platform are your using (Browser, GTarcade Desktop App, Facebook Gameroom, etc)).When i went to launch the Desktop app and login to my account the Character is blank and the icon just spins, when i log into a different server and check Servers with my characters i can see the J33R0X character but i cant login to it.

When it happened i don't know when i tried to login to claim super rewards this happened.
