A Young Lord of the Ancient Kingdoms Part 124 (A New Battle on the Weekend)

The kingdom in K- was enjoying a great tranquility beneath a vast clear sky, where the clouds drifted slowly and the grass across the great fields moved in rhythm with the wind...

After quite some time, there had been no news of major wars. It was a period of rest that everyone enjoyed.

Our Lord, who observed from the top of his castle, still carried the disappointment of those previous battles alongside HHH, but it no longer weighed on him as heavily as before, for he was beginning to accept it and look toward new challenges.

And one of them was already near, for “Arena of Honor” had returned once again, and this new goal of victory would be prepared between him and his friends...

The troops would be assembled and the battle caravans prepared to march to the battlefield, where our Lord, together with his friends QUEEN and DarkSama, would quickly form their battle group.

But an unexpected member would join this group. It was another friend of our Lord, AmaiAmai, who would join them...

“Well... hahaha, I didn't expect to see you here, my good friend. You are more than welcome...” With joyful laughter at seeing his friend again after some time and welcoming him with open arms, our Lord was happy!

So, once the group was organized and with the support of a friend with great power in the Infantry formation, this time their group would be fighting under the banner of the “STARK FACTION,” together with their copies from the “GREYJOY FACTION.”

Also on the other side would be the “TARGARYEN FACTION,” together with their copies from the “TYRELL FACTION.”

And finally, there would be the “LANNISTER FACTION,” together with their counterpart, the “BARATHEON FACTION.”

This latter faction would be occupied by a concerning Lord named “Saint Michel.” He was an extremely powerful Infantry Lord, and our Lord greatly doubted whether, even with the help of all the structures, they could defeat him if he managed to occupy Castle Glory.

This time, seeing that the neutral enemy was a Spearmen Lord, our Lord decided to go with the Infantry camps, also taking advantage of the fact that there were two Infantry Lords in the group. Since AmaiAmai was stronger, he would be free, while QUEEN would be responsible for taking control of the faction's main castle.

Our Lord would now use full formations and would no longer participate with hybrid formations, because by taking control of the second faction's castle, he could use another troop line there. It was only a matter of building...

And that was exactly what he would decide. In the main faction, he would use the Infantry formation, while in the copy that had been taken by the Stark Faction, Cavalry camps would be built. This castle would be occupied by our Lord.

In this way, besides taking catapults and towers of various types, they could maintain control of the Dragon Lairs and, once everything was secured, launch a constant siege against whoever held control of the central City of Glory.

The battle would unfold in a somewhat rushed manner, as the Stark Faction had control of the Baratheon copies. That castle should have been taken by the Lannisters, and this created an imbalance for them.

It was an advantage that was being exploited by our allies...

While waiting for the opportunity to fight for Castle Glory.

It would be taken by our ally AmaiAmai, and more reinforcements would still be needed. This would be taken advantage of by an extremely strong Lord from the Targaryen Faction.

“ThePate”; a very strong Cavalry Lord, even stronger than our Lord, who would drive our friend out in a solo attack.

The situation was going from bad to worse. The initial idea of taking everything was becoming complicated.

“He is extremely strong. How are we going to push him back...?” AmaiAmai asked the group in a worried tone.

“Sama, take the Greyjoy castle for me. I will start a rally against him and see if it gives a better result,” our Lord said to the group.

“Everyone, direct your attacks against the castle...!” our Lord exclaimed.

With a combined attack from the two Greyjoy and Stark castles, together with the catapult attacks, our Lord, who attacked last, managed to weaken the enemy who was already entrenched in the Fortress of Glory.

Despite the great difference in strength, and thanks to the large number of Tier 5 troops, our Lord managed to barely drive out the enemy who was there.

However, despite the large amount of reinforcements assigned to defend Castle Glory, the enemy The Pate came with a rally force and drove our Lord out with a great difference in attack power.

Control of Castle Glory was a lost cause...

All that remained was to defend the remaining structures, as the remaining Targaryens and Lannisters continued launching attacks against the Dragon Lairs, and it was difficult to maintain first place.

Our Lord had joined in leading one of the important positions at the Dragon Lairs alongside the Greyjoy troops that were capturing one of the lairs that had been taken.

Together, they managed to withstand a solo attack from Lowis, a strong enemy similar to The Pate, and thus succeeded in defending against the remaining enemies.

Lastly, our Lord would also try to retake another Dragon Lair that had been captured by the Lannisters, but what he found there was a heavily defended stronghold, held by Saint Michel, who had established himself there and would not move for anything.

Our Lord had a poor result against this powerful Lord, so he decided not to engage them further and accept the outcome of the match as it came to an end...

Thus, despite not having Glory, the Stark Faction would manage to secure first place and ensure its victory, although it would have been great to earn a higher number of points in the battle...

As a Result;

Despite not controlling Glory, the Stark Faction would claim victory. This would be due to the large number of points it generated by obtaining all the fortifications and the two remaining cities, giving it control of most of the battlefield.

Our Lord was satisfied with the results. Obviously, he would have wanted more points, but it was what they were able to obtain, and each of them would return to their own kingdom, parting ways and thanking AmaiAmai for the good battle...

As a Recommendation;

The double-line strategy can now be applied, but with two cities. In this case, it is essential to build and have the support of the entire faction, as this allows a double attack from the city troops and helps secure a large number of points.
