In the recent edition of Champion City Siege, better known as CCS, at Shadow Fortress, Kenpachi was facing the huge challenge that this event represents.

This event has become very frequent for Kenpachi, who greatly enjoys the fun it offers.

With the goal of getting some good battles today, earning all the rewards this event offers, and always putting experience and fun as a priority, Kenpachi will need to be cautious and smart in choosing his moves.

As you already know, Champion City Siege is a bloody event with real troop losses and it can be really costly if you're not careful enough, although it also depends on your luck and who you face...

Exactly the "who you face" in this event becomes quite interesting since it's an event that brings together the best warriors from all over Westeros who come with their friends and/or alliances, with their plans, expectations, and strategies. And above all, a big hunger for enemy troops.

At Shadow Fortress today, many greats gathered on a single map, so many that mentioning them all would be impossible and forgetting anyone would be disrespectful, such as Lord Orval, Fabco, Light Yagami, Frozen Throne, Straw Berry, Don Stefan, among others.

With the presence of top alliances like WxD, RoD, YGI, IXA, TFI, among others, on this map, a great expectation would be created regarding how bloody these battles could be, and of course Kenpachi, with his own ambitions, couldn’t stay away from the action. First, he would have to see which team would play in the way Kenpachi usually plays this event—only attacks on Champion City and no holding—but given the circumstances, improvisation might be necessary.

Defending the YGI Alliance was a small group of players led by Lord Orval and Don Stefan, who were supposed to be an attacking force rather than defenders, which pleased Kenpachi. But for now, Kenpachi would lean towards supporting Light Yagami and his alliance at the start, something he wasn't too happy about, but everything had its reason. The reason for this was to take out some infantry troops while defending the fortress.

And as the life of the party was Afv, the alliance that Kenpachi would join with the goal of providing support to Light Yagami, Straw Berry, and their companions on the road to glory, and with the personal goal of earning some tokens for defending the stronghold.

The battle was about to begin; high expectations had already been set for this showdown, and everything was ready. Soon everything would turn into chaos, a very enjoyable and bloody one. Winning easily wouldn't be expected, and it would be hard to make a prediction when facing warriors like Light Yagami or Orval—they're simply very powerful, and the battle could swing either way.

The first one, to everyone's surprise, to take the Shadow Fortress would be Straw Berry. Like Kenpachi, many were surprised to see that it wasn't Light Yagami who would start the bid for time in the fortress. Although Straw Berry was extremely strong, Light Yagami was even stronger, which is why it was so surprising, leading Kenpachi to think that there was some strange move or hidden strategy going on.

Straw Berry, known for being one of the most powerful cavalry players in all of Westeros, was today playing with infantry, showing even more of his combat skill and versatility, facing many opponents but holding out for a considerable amount of time, which at one point kept him in first place for the Shadow Fortress´s occupation time.

Fabco and Don Stefan would be some of the most powerful contenders to challenge Straw Berry. Even though they weren’t infantry as their main line, Straw Berry’s infantry was impressive, with a Jaqen H’gar equipped with a 4-star weapon leading the lineup, accompanied by the most powerful infantry commanders. War is an art, and SB knows how to make art.

The victory was decisive in Fabco’s case, who attacked with a Weakness synergy and very good commanders—currently top formation for lancer players—with commanders like Grey Worm or Euron Greyjoy, while taking advantage of the counter effect infantry has over lancers. Considering the difference in weapons, the victory went in favor of Straw Berry.

And to make the legend even bigger and to understand the strength of SB's infantry formation in the clash against Don Stefan, who, like SB, is known as a top player in another line, had an incredibly powerful cavalry formation. Unlike against Fabco, here the counter effect was the opposite—Don Stefan had the upper hand, and while an easy victory wasn’t expected, the win was shocking and well-deserved. The difference in weapons and the reinforcement dragons were some of the decisive factors for this victory, which only grew SB’s legend even more.

After a considerable amount of time, SB dropped the Shadow fortress, which, when looking at the timing, showed the true intentions of that move. First place would go to SB this time, and now it would be Light Yagami who would defend, opting for the second spot in the ranking, and once again we would defend with infantry.

There isn’t much to explain about Light Yagami, expectations are high, the chances of victories are always high or almost always. Yagami would successfully defend, but unfortunately for Kenpachi, something would happen that would put his participation in the middle of the event at risk...

Orval, this is what would happen... Orval would hit so hard that he would almost completely wipe out Light Yagami's defense, a rally with Orval's overwhelming power would be enough to finish off the rest of Kenpachi's infantry, forcing Kenpachi to make a decision to avoid having to retreat early from the event...

He would join Orval and Don Stefan's cause, since they still had infantry to kill and were still thirsty for blood, Kenpachi would join forces with the YGI alliance to from that moment on carry out attack rallies against the defenders of Shadow Fortress.

Don Stefan and Lord Orval were wreaking havoc, at which point Kenpachi would send his troops and dragons to offer support to those raids.

In summary, this event was full of great encounters, lots of fun, and the satisfaction of having once again been part of the history of Westeros and these magnificent battles among many warriors whose names have been and will be remembered in the stories forever.

The Afv players achieved their goal, taking the top 3 spots in the ranking, with Straw Berry in first place, Light Yagami in second, and Wangchuang in third, leaving the title of Champion Conqueror in the hands of ImMoRTaL.
