With the Summer fully settling in Westeros, the Arena of Honor Season 5 it's approaching its end, with just 4 rounds left to play. Since he joined HotepRa's team things went great for [N0X] Shado, managing to score 4 wins out of that many rounds played so he's confident that the streak can continue in the last 4 rounds and if it does, he might be able to get to the Glory King rank and earn some more rewards. He used the 2 weeks prior to the round to train his troops and commanders and forge more valyrian steel weapons for his troops to help the team as much as he possibly can. The time flew by, and it was now time for Shado to get his troops, commanders and dragons and went to the Arena of Honor battlefield to meet with his team. Once everyone was present there, they signed the pre-registration papers, the team was registered for the upcoming battle and they all waited patiently for the matchmaking to be completed.

The matchmaking was completed just a few minutes after and now it was time for everyone to enter the battlefield and see what house picks them up. Shado's team was picked by Cersei Lannister to fight for House Lannister in this round, so everyone headed thru the scorching desert towards the South-East forests of the battlefield where the House Lannister's Clan Castle is located.

Once they arrived there everyone set up their camps around the castle and Shado decided to send a few scouts to the other houses to see what they are up to.

Bad news was coming from the other sides of the battlefield; Shado and his team were set to face 2 extremely strong teams when took alone but what was about to happen in the round will surprise everyone. Time for scouting and strategies was over as it was now time to battle, and the fight started with the opening of the first set of strongholds. As usually everyone rushed to occupy and reinforce them as quickly as possible to start the points generation.

The team decided to go once again with military camps and hope for at least one more clan castle and a chance to the City of Glory later on. Construction of strongholds got completed just in time as the altars were about to open for attacks and once again the team was in dire need to occupy as many as possible. As the opponents didn't look extremely strong on paper Shado decided to start with solos on altars unlike other rounds but little did he know what was about to happen.

His hopes and dreams were crushed along with his troops by a swift attack coming from Mandy IV and he figured out that this round it's going to be way harder than he thought at the begin. Despite all the effort the team was putting into trying to take the altars it was looking like it gets them nowhere as they were constantly under attack and then they noticed that Starks and Targaryen's aren't attacking each other but instead they were focusing on clearing the Lannister's from everywhere on the battlefield.

Despite being tag teamed they were managing to keep up in points for now but as the time was passing things were going worse for them as their NPCs were getting weaker and weaker and then Shado did things even worse by calling a full infantry military camps on the other clan castle the team had instead of going trading posts.

Instead of helping the team, the decision made things even worse as the need to relevel the strongholds made the team's troops run very thin and they were losing altars all over the battlefield. With nothing he could change now, his hopes and everyone's in the team were in the City of Glory that was about to open for attacks, and they needed that in order to achieve anything of any importance in this round.

House Stark took the lead on the city with Mandy IV and Lannister's quickly decided to challenge 'it with Wind5 starting a rally.

To nobody's surprise, the Targaryen's sat this one out and it was up for the Lannister's to try and challenge Starks domination, but would only one rally be enough for this? Balrum decided otherwise and he joined Wind5 in his quest to conquer the city and they both sent the rallies at the same time

Somehow despite facing 2 rallies from 2 very strong players, Mandy IV managed to deflect the attacks and after an epic battle he emerged victorious for now at least.

The team kept trying and ultimately managed to occupy the City of Glory but not for long as the other 2 houses instantly made rallies and managed to take the city back quite easily.

Without chances at the City of Glory and while being under siege from both the other houses, the team decided to go trading posts to try and get some more points for at least the points rewards but then they made a critical mistake they forgot to keep an eye on their clan castle that was very weak without military camps and then the worst thing that can happen in Arena of Honor, happened.

The Targaryen's instantly noticed their mistake and quickly reinforced the clan castle and despite all the efforts Shado and the team put till the end of the fight they couldn't recover the clan castle and the round ended up in a disaster.

Worst round to date for Shado and the team where little mistakes and lack of communication made the things spin out of control quite quickly and ended up with them at very little points. They now have to get up dust off and go for next, there are still 3 more rounds left to play from this season and even if the chances to get Glory King are small to none now, they still have to win the last 3 rounds if for nothing else at least to prove that they can. Will they be able to get up from such a severe loss? Time will tell. See you all on the battlefield!
