General Question

Are there any guides for this game, I rebirth most of my stuff to build my squad and everything else, idk if I should focus on 1 character - 1 companion - 1 charm or evenly distribute my resources, I need some sort of mid level guide that I can read but everything I found seems to be old or lack information
