The day was almost coming to an end. The sky was getting darker and darker, and our camp, in the middle of the forest, was becoming colder by the minute. While I was drinking a good beer in my tent, I heard my men talking and celebrating. The reason was that after many calm days, we finally had a new target on our path, and they were all looking for a new invasion.
We had been traveling for a few days when we received coordinates that changed the course of our journey. At first, even knowing that I had to stop, set up camp, and send a spy into the kingdom to scout the castle, I was happy.
But when I stopped to analyze my target, I froze.

Three castles from the KAC and KOR alliance were unprotected in Kingdom 456, and the only information my scouts had was that they were bow castles and they were intact. They had never been attacked, which meant they could be full of troops inside. That was the perfect opportunity to break the long drought of battles and earn millions of merit points. I was ready for that!
But there were two big problems. The first was that the kingdom was controlled by the GuR alliance, led by Dra999, one of the strongest players of all time. Also, Meridianos had invaded those lands some days ago, and he was online while I was planning the invasion. Entering that kingdom and dropping my protection bubble would be the same as inviting them to attack me, and I would have no chance against them both. I would be completely wiped off the map before I could do anything.

The second problem was that, since they were bow castles, I could not attack them directly. They would certainly deal heavy damage to my army, and I could even lose my lord. On top of that, the main castle of the KAC alliance was very strong and even had Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen in his formation. He was intimidating; his battle gear was red, and his castle was protected by more than 44 million troops, including nearly 6 million T5 troops. I did not want to attack him, not even with a rally. I was very afraid and felt like I was not strong enough.
After gathering all the information, I decided that I would attack with rallies instead of a solo attack. This would be the first time I would attack the KAC alliance. And everyone across the Seven Kingdoms knows that their revenge is always harsh and painful. Even so… I was ready to cross that line.
I started the invasion with a rally over Civil War 3, from KOR. My plan was simple: if we easily beat both KOR castles, we should give it a try on the big target. And that is what we did.

Civil War fell, and his fortress turned into ruins within a few minutes. My troops returned with his lord as a prisoner. Civil War suffered almost 10 million casualties in a single hit, while my losses were almost nonexistent. He was not well prepared for a battle of that size. His formation and troop composition were incomplete, and his equipment and badges were configured for rebel leaders.
As soon as the troops returned, I put everything in the shelter as fast as I could and waited for nearly two minutes. I did that to see if anyone was waiting for my troops to come back so they could attack me. After hundreds of invasions, I learned many tricks that protect me from being zeroed. After a while, when I felt safe, I opened the second rally against the second target. Those five minutes felt like an eternity. Dra999 was online; Meridianos too. The tension was high. And after those long five minutes, the troops were sent.

The battle against Civil War2 was quick, and the difference in strength between the two armies was overwhelming. On my side, only 111 thousand soldiers were lost, while my enemy lost nearly eight million troops. That was not a battle; it was a massacre. The two KOR targets were gone, and the real challenge was about to begin.
Up to that moment, everything was under control. We had defeated two targets, and the third was still within our sight. We were deciding for a long time if we should rally Civil War and fight against his 44 million troops and his strong formation or not. And when we decided to give it a shot and open a rally, one of my commanders warned me that Meridianos had changed his position and parked his castle close to me. That completely changed the energy of my invasion, and I froze. It was like throwing water on a fire. I thought he would attack me, but once my power is considered low, I am not attractive to him unless I attack one of his allies, and that was not the case. We were rallying Civil War when Meridianos launched 4 solo attacks and zeroed him behind my eyes in less than one minute.
I did not know exactly how I felt seeing Civil War being attacked before my rally was sent. On one hand, I was disappointed because I lost the chance to test my strength against him, but on the other, I knew my army was too small, and the losses would have been incalculable. So in the end, I left the kingdom relieved, knowing that Meridianos had saved my army from a harsh defeat.
