Arena of Honor Season 5 Round 8

The 7th round of Arena of Honor became another Jewel in the team's crown. Our infantry team, led by OggY achieved tremendous success under his leadership of house Lannister.

At first sight of the battlefield, we understood that things wouldn't go very smooth as we had both- a cavalry and a bowmen clan against us. But just like fierce warriors, we were ready to stand together for whatever was waiting there for us.

Despite the counters, OggY decided for the clan to build Infantry camps. Though it didn't seem very tactic at first, everyone in the team would always answer to his beck and call, without any doubt. Few minutes after the start, or clan castle troops easily occupied the house Baratheon as they had only built trade camps.But things became more tense when the alters and watch towers opened. Due to lack of counters, troops from our clan were failing to occupy the watch towers. Things couldn't be any worse when we found the cab players countering us in the alters. We saw OggY struggling to defend the alters but better later than never, we had to keep going on.

The enemy was also coming for the alter of the father and alter of the warriors.

But as soon as the city of glory opened, things took a positive turn for us. While house Targaryen chose to occupy glory city, we took our chance. We continuously took all the necessary alters and by the time they had the glory city, we already had more than 10 alters, being strong enough to rule over the whole map. 

Then it wasn't quite long till our clan castle defeated them in their own base as all the three of our occupied clan's attack priority was set to glory city. Now OggY went on holding the city of glory while others reinforced him. Together it created such an impenetrable defense that even some cavalry and Bowmen rallies couldn't defeat it. One by one after, now we had rest of the watch towers, catapults and Dragonpits. We became victorious after all.

But the last moment of surprise was still there. Unexpectedly, our occupied clan of house Baratheon just defeated house stark in their own base only when three minutes was remaining there for the match to end. Now at the eleventh hour, we finally had four clans in our occupation, and no clan in the battlefield was now strong enough to stand against us.

The match we thought we'd lose ended up being remarked as one of our greatest victories. Experience, dedication, leadership and most importantly - teamwork made this happen. The ultimate glory was ours in the end.
