GOT Discord VIP

I use to get my VIP gifts. then for months now. close to a year. I have not got my monthly rewards or anything. no holiday not even my birthday. The FB discordvip does not exist. yet you have it listed in the tag for VIP contact. as I now have to re-register as a VIP

I have tried all 3 discord channels for the GOTVIP .. still not of them open to take me there to re-register. really is silly to re-register once a vip. and I never missed more than maybe 1 day in the game.

so tell me now how do I register... AGAIN ... if none of the ways to do so that you list, do not work ?
