why do the weapons keep falling from my lords?

Everyday I have to review all commanders just to reapply them with their weapon.

Why is this a new thing? When will it be fixed. quite aggravating going into battle, losing, and seeing the report showing he weapon is missing..

Is there anything I can do to stop this, or is it just going to keep happening from now on?
