Legendary Weapon Offers - Poison and Toxic Potion

I was sold legendary Weapons for Black Diamonds, Used 50 and 200 Black Diamonds because I thought it was a deal. Unknown to me that later sent me a mail stating that it was suppose to be fragments instead, I would have never purchased them. Adding to the cost, I spend over 1Billion gold to upgrade them, never stated anything about that. Here was the mail received:

Dear Lords and Ladies,

We have noticed that earlier today, an unexpected issue with Royal Commander Weapon Fragment Selection Pack III caused an abnormal weapon selection for your account.

This issue has now been fixed.

To address the weapon redemption affected by this issue, we have removed the corresponding weapons and reduced their star level where applicable, including weapons that had already been upgraded. We have also returned the corresponding quantity of Royal Commander Weapon Fragment Selection Pack III to you. Please check the attachment.

We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused.
