Restricted Payment error

I hope there is someone here can help me. I have tried using in game support with no success.

I get an error "restricted payment" whenever I try to recharge.

I have tried:

-Different saved credit cards, and my paypal but with each I got the same error.

-Uninstalling the app, then re-installed it. Same error.

-Deleting my two saved credit cards so I could add them back, but the game is not even allowing me to add a card now. Same error.

-Using the browser version of the game. Same error.

I have a different account linked to the same app with one of the same credit cards. I have no problem recharging with that card on the other account. So there is no issue with the card, or the app... the issue seems to be with my account.

I read in the League of Angels support forum that you can get that error if you try and cancel a payment. I did NOT try and cancel a payment.

Is there anyone there that can help me? This has been going on almost 2 weeks. I am so frustrated, and after playing for 7 years and spending thousands of dollars I am seriously thinking about quitting the game.
