A Young Lord of the Ancient Kingdoms Part 104 (Winter's Attack in Other Lands)

In the far west, across its many kingdoms, among them one kingdom in particular, K, a chill began to blow one morning, a chill that would persist for the next two weeks. From the highest tower, our Lord watched the northern horizon, where the wind carried more than just cold. It carried rumors and memories…
He already suspected the coming event, but he hadn't expected it to happen so quickly. His recent move left him unprepared for an unexpected arrival and visit.
He knew the returning enemy wasn't interested in a peace treaty or anything of the sort. He knew they came to destroy, ravage, and seize control of all of Westeros.
Then a raven arrived with a message, a week late due to the fierce blizzards. It was a plea for help, as the Wall was beginning to crumble.

Our Lord quickly marched north with his troops to prepare for battle, his suspicions now clear as to who might pull off a great feat.
So, upon arriving in the north after a week's journey, he heard from nearby soldiers that the wall had been destroyed…

The only ones capable of such damage were the White Walkers; they were advancing in great numbers, and as expected, the great and valiant Night's Watch rose to the defense and halted their advance until the champions and great Lords could take up positions and arm themselves.
Other soldiers reported the presence of a large castle with a massive, dead blue dragon moving right at its entrance.
"They've arrived quickly, and so have we; we'll try to stop the advance of the dead and the White Walkers until the rest of our allies arrive"; our Lord exclaimed to the others gathered around him.

The only thing that calmed and motivated them to fight was that the Night King didn't launch attacks against any of the guards; his generals, the White Walkers, were in charge of occupying the strategic areas.
Our Lord heard that when a White Walker was defeated, the Night King weakened, so he tried to eliminate one of his generals.
He launched short attacks on many, while the majority of the Night's Watch army on the same battlefield fought relentlessly against the dead.
Our Lord was completely surprised by how strong the White Walkers were; it was practically impossible to defeat one, and their castle was defended by vast numbers of undead.
However, if he didn't fight, the Night King would remain powerful, and the number of warrior deaths would increase. Therefore, he would organize an attack against one of them, and his friends "QUEEN" and "DarkSama" would come to his side to support him in the fight.
"We will join you; we too want glory in defeating one of those white puppets!" exclaimed his friend DarkSama, mobilizing his troops along with QUEEN's to join our Lord's assault against one of the great Generals.

Thus, massive marches of attacks would be launched against the notorious General 17. He would be attacked for approximately four hours, during which up to half of his troops would be defeated. However, he presented many challenges.
These included a change in his defensive formation, large numbers of spearmen in his defense, and reinforcements from other White Walker commanders and undead.
And if that weren't enough, he would escape to invade other lands with a large group of White Walkers.
Our Lord would have to hunt him down to end his reign once and for all. Therefore, they would be vigilant in the new area he had taken, and together with the Night's Watch, who cared little for death on the battlefield rather than defend the people beyond the Wall, bound by their great oath, they would continue the fight.

Near Pike Castle, where he was attacking other night guards defending it, they quickly organized a series of attacks, joining forces with their allies to continue the siege against this general.
The enemy refused to yield, but withstood many of the attacks. Our Lord was worried, as he wanted to eliminate a large number of enemies in the battle that is, the generals.

While laying siege, he saw in the kill count that another Lord of the realm had taken out several enemies, but was not eliminating the generals. This Lord was called "Pilot," the hunter he had to be wary of, and he was laying siege near King's Landing.
He belonged to an alliance called "ILI" and was an Infantry unit, a very powerful Lord who could easily burn our Lord. Therefore, he now had not only the Walkers to worry about, but the enemy invader was also a danger to him.

Until the day ended, he had to continue fighting for another day, but the White Walkers were already advancing on the last remaining position to capture it and from there lay siege to the great city of Winterfell.
Our Lord was eager to end this enemy once and for all.
Finally, after more than 12 hours, during which our Lord and his allies also retreated to rest and continue their siege of the White Walkers, they fell.

Afterward, our Lord and his friends moved swiftly after another White Walker, but the true nature of the situation was revealed with the first attack our Lord launched against it.
Besides being like the previous one, it had far too many troops, and there wasn't enough time to defeat it since they were about to move to the final siege zone, from where Night King would lift his truce to prepare to besiege Winterfell.
"Come on, we must attack! What are we waiting for!" exclaimed his friend Queen, who was stopped by Darksama, his face a mixture of denial, disappointment, and sadness.
"We must return to defend the great city with the others. We couldn't do more..." and our Lord agreed, returning to arm himself in defense against the formidable enemy who was practically at his back...

As a result;
Our Lord and his allies would fight for hours. The White Walkers and their generals had a massive army of the dead behind them, and by constantly changing their strategies, they were difficult to defeat, not to mention that their stats were comparable to the strongest in the realm.
Our group of Lords would be the only ones in the entire realm to kill a White Walker, as no one else could manage such a feat against these enemies. Supposedly, the Night King would now be a little easier to defeat.
The losses among the Night's Watch troops would be overwhelming. While the dead still held sway with unstoppable force, alliances crumbled as they advanced through the territories with unstoppable speed and ferocity.

As a recommendation:
In cases where enemies are present, whether they are walkers or the infamous generals, if you have higher stats than the generals and want to help defeat one, you should organize a rally with your alliance members or, better yet, join a kingdom alliance and lay siege for hours. Walkers are not weak and have many troops, making them difficult to eliminate.
It's always good to offer support; there's a daily scoring system where defeating enemies grants favorable rewards.
That's all for today!
Until next time!
