Raiders

I have had this problem since the server merge. It is not just me. I have talked with a few of the players on our new sever and they are having the same problem.

There will be no one to raid when you try to gain shards. If you click around for a minute or two an option will finally come up. It is usually a player in the top 10 that I am far from. If you click around for several more minutes you may finally get Tobin, the chances are 1/10 you get a shard. After several more minutes, when I do get someone I can raid, I am met with a message that player has no such shard.

It worked correctly until server merge. Now it is a real chore. Can it be fixed? I have been running the attempts out on auto because of this, but you gain very little on auto.
