Worship Buff failure

Not the first time this has happened, and I'm kind of tired of it. I clicked the 5-day worship buff and as you can see, it's hit's or miss as to which of the buffs actually got implemented. I lost all the worship points though. I can show the other three screens if you want them, but here's one of the three:
